In recent years,people's demands for quality of life have been gradually raised with the rapid development of society and the national economy,these demand for automobiles as an important means of transport has been increasing.At the same time,traffic accidents have also increased year by year.The active technology represented by anti-collision warning and automatic braking will become the main means to protect the safety of vehicles.Based on a great deal of research on the research status at home and abroad,based on the "High Performance ADAS Experimental System Development(JP2016004)",this dissertation studies the anti-collision early-warning system and automatic emergency braking system for the development trend of vehicle driving safety.Firstly,In the design of anti-collision warning system,the research on the vehicle braking distance,the driving style of driver and the minimum safety distance to avoid collision is established.The system is designed considering the front vehicle movement state(front vehicle acceleration,front vehicle uniform speed,front vehicle deceleration)and driving Different factors of safety distance model.Based on single-stage collision warning,the two-level early-warning system for automobile anti-collision was established closer to the driver's driving habit to provide the driver with early warning prompts with different collision severity.Secondly,to improve the above-mentioned different precautionary safety distance model,the automatic emergency braking safety distance model is established.And consider the automatic emergency braking system for automatic emergency braking and driver active steering obstacle avoidance behavior of mutual interference on the study,the driver active steering restraint system trigger control strategy is designed by analyzing the steering obstacle avoidance characteristics of the driver.Taking the driver's comfort on the vehicle braking problems into account,select the driver with rich driving experience in the driving simulator hardware on the ring test.The driver's actual braking data is used to confirm the driver's most comfortable braking deceleration.Based on the single-stage automatic emergency braking strength,a two-stage automatic emergency braking system with complete braking and partial braking is developed.The brake pressure PID controller is set up to adjust the wheel cylinder pressure to reach the braking deceleration required by the automatic emergency braking system so that the braking effect of the system is more precisely controlled.Furthermore,PanoSim driving simulator hardware ring test bench was introduced.Create simulation test scene,draw road route,create test vehicle and set vehicle parameters,write test cases,and create a test case for automobile anti-collision warning and automatic emergency brake system test.Finally,use PanoSim driving simulator hardware in-loop test platform in a variety of conditions to test the function and performance of the system.The test results show that the proposed two-stage early warning system and the two-stage automatic emergency braking system in front of the vehicle can effectively achieve reasonable warning of vehicles and active collision avoidance.The system has good driving support performance and is in good agreement with driver's driving habits.
