Autonomous Emergency Breaking(AEB)can effectively prevent vehicle collision accidents,which is one of the research hotspots in the field of vehicle active safety technology.However,the current commercial AEB system is mainly designed for high speed,complex scenes,and skilled drivers.It is not suitable for self-training vehicles.Aiming at the characteristics of self-training vehicles,the key technologies of AEB system module design,safety distance model establishment and control strategy design of AEB system are studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the driving demand of self-training vehicle,the scheme of AEB system is designed,the module composition and characteristics of AEB system are analyzed,and the evaluation target of AEB system is established.Combining with the target vehicle,the design of perception and execution modules in AEB system is completed.The source of ranging error of ultrasonic radar is analyzed,and the measurement data is calibrated.(2)The paper analyzes the braking process of the vehicle and establish the braking process model of the vehicle.Comparing with the current safety algorithms,the paper adopts the safe distance algorithm combined with driver's driving habits.By analyzing the shortcomings of the existing safety distance model,a safety distance model based on the relative motion between the self-driving vehicle and the obstacle is established.(3)The paper analyzes radar sampling data,the method of digital signal processing is adopted to reduce the false alarm and missed alarm of AEB system.The basic functions of AEB system are realized by classifying the danger levels of different distances and adopting hierarchical control strategy.Aiming at the safety problems of self-training personnel,a control strategy is designed to identify the driver's wrong operation behavior.(4)A vehicle bench test platform was built by using the target vehicle.According to the evaluation objectives of AEB system,the corresponding experimental tests are carried out.By comparing and analyzing the minimum safety distance between obstacles and vehicles and the actual minimum safety distance,the correctness of the safety distance model is verified.The experimental results show that the AEB system can ensure the safety of the vehicle and identify the wrong behavior of the driver in handling the vehicle.
