With the increasing of highway mileage in China,under the influence of heavy load and high temperature environment,the problem of rutting of asphalt pavement is becoming more and more serious,which seriously affects the safety of traffic and the durability of pavement structure.At present,the analysis of influencing factors of rutting is mainly through software simulation,indoor material test,road test and field indoor ring core method.Those methods are from the local level and in-depth analysis of the various influence factors of rutting.Based on the Big Data technology,this paper about the analysis is carried out from the whole process of rutting development.First of all,through the extensive collection of relevant literature,the paper analyses the time characteristics and mechanism of each influencing factor,and devides the influencing factors of the new asphalt pavement’s life cycle as body resistance factor and external factors with the open traffic as the time node.And the factors were divided into fixed factors and time-related factors according to the correlation of each factor and time.Then the development process of the rut of the whole life cycle of asphalt pavement was studied.Secondly,use tools such as SQL to clean and screen the rut cross-section data.Using the distributed storage database management system and Matlab to mine LTPP database rut data,the development of the form and changes in the indicators,and visual analysis.By screening out the non-uniform structure of the initial structure,it is found that the thickness of the initial pavement structure has obvious influence on the local difference of the rut.Based on the analysis of the influence of different pavement structure materials and the variation of asphalt pavement rutting,it is found that the influence of surface layer,base layer thickness,base material and combination on rutting development are obvious.In addition,by digging the environmental temperature data of the road section,and comparing the annual average temperature,the maximum daily temperature of 7 days and other indicators based on the sensitivity of the difference between the characteristics,selecte the annual average temperature to characterize the road surface environment differences.By comparing the rut development of each section under different ambient temperature conditions,found that in the low temperature environment the probability of rutting is zero.In the high temperature environment,the increace of rutting of the road section is obviously more rapid and the value of rut change is bigger.Through the excavation of the traffic load data of the road section,the traffic load level is represented by the average cumulative axle load as the index.By comparing the rutting development of the traffic under different grades,found that the load also affects the rutting development.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimal combination of pavement structure and maintenance index under the combination of four traffic loads and ambient temperature combined with the depth of rutting as the design index,which provides references for China’s pavement design and conservation decision.
