In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet,various industries are carrying out reform and innovation.In view of the low automation level and poor management safety level of traditional hydropower stations,the remote monitoring system of hydropower stations based on Internet of things is designed by using cloud technology,Internet of things technology,network security and object-oriented programming.The establishment of intelligent remote monitoring system of hydropower stations is an effective means to realize the efficient operation of hydropower stations,provide technical support for management business and integrated automatic control.Based on this,this paper through DTU(Data Transfer Unit)equipment,One NET Internet of things Cloud platform and Ali cloud server,a remote monitoring system of hydropower station based on We Chat public platform is proposed.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The research and development of hardware controller DTU equipment for hydropower station are completed.Through the data transmission between STM32 embedded processor and PLC of hydropower station unit,the circuit and peripheral circuit design of controller and wireless communication module are realized,and the drawing of PCB circuit board is realized.(2)The software is designed and developed for the hardware platform.In the communication process between the controller of hydropower station unit and DTU module,the improved bus encryption algorithm is designed,the difference before and after the improvement of the algorithm is compared in detail,and the C language code is given at the same time.The TCP/IP protocol stack is ported to realize the access of the Internet of things cloud platform,and the One NET cloud platform is accessed by Modbus-TCP.(3)The cloud management function of remote monitoring system of hydropower station is realized.The background management system of hydropower station,We Chat hardware cloud docking platform and data storage in the server are designed through Ariyun server.(4)The experimental platform is built to detect the functions of each part of the remote monitoring system of hydropower station and the connection of the whole system.First of all,the hardware and software of the DTU equipment at the bottom of the hydropower station need to be tested,and then the docking with the cloud is also very important.Finally,the related functional services of the staff and the user's We Chat client are verified.Through the test and experiment of the system,it is found that the whole system has strong stability and connection,the information transmission has the real-time and confidentiality,has the intelligent cloudservice function,has met the design principle and the project request.The design scheme is feasible.This theiss has 49 figures,16 tables and 61 references.
