Research On HMIS Production And Information Management System In Locomotive And Rolling Stock Plant

The management of manufacturing and overhauling in wheel and axle is very important for improving transportation efficiency and guarantee transportation safety.The combination of information technology and HMIS wheel-axle sub-system will be a trend in the overhauling of wheel and axle.According to the project of wheel-axle production line in Western Urumqi Locomotive and Rolling Stock Plant,the scheme on HMIS information management system is put forward and the following aspects are presented: functions of HMIS on wheel-axle manufacturing and overhauling on passenger and freight trains have been studied;mature and intelligent information technology(FRID)has been used;existing equipment arrangement of wheel-axle manufacturing and overhauling in locomotive and rolling stock plant has been considered.We have designed the information management system,collecting information about wheel-axle resembling lines on passenger and freight trains.The application of HMIS in wheel-axle processing and resembling line on passenger and freight trains meets the requirements of digital control,intelligent resembling,automotive inspecting and information-based management in every process of wheel-axle manufacturing and overhauling in locomotive and rolling stock plant.Data can be collected by several devices such as fixed computers,portable computers and data sharing devices,etc.Information network,with which we can check the quality of manufacturing and overhauling mutually,can be built with the help of FRID scanning mode in process tracking,technical restriction of each process and standard.Ultimately,we can realize our purpose of manufacturing and overhauling with high quality in key operating positions and information sharing in the whole procedure.
