With the increasing of railway passenger traffic volume and speed, the quality and safety of passenger train has aroused great concern in the community. Wheel-axle repair as the key part of passenger train maintenance, it is directly related to the quality and safety of train running. The traditional way of wheel-axle repair lack of control the process of inspection and maintenance information can not be acquired and processed in a timely manner, its have been unable to adapt to the new situation on passenger train maintenance standardization, refinement and highly effective requirements. Therefore, full use of information system theory and computer applications, network communication technology, and other related technologies, it is important and economical to design and develop the wheel-axle repair information system.This article is based on the actual demand of X car depot wheel-axle repair workshop, which discusses the passenger train wheel-axle repair plan the design and development of information system. The system includes the client management software and hand-held terminal acquisition software, they are developed in the Windows environment, using MySQL 5.0 database to manage maintenance data. For client management software, using C/S system structure and the object-oriented development method, with Visual Studio as a development platform, using MFC application framework and the C++ programming language comprehensive development. Acquisition software for handheld terminal adopt Qt 5.2.1 as a development platform, Android configuration the NDK, the Android SDK tools, use the JSON data interchange format, through HTTP request service, realize the information interaction between the database.First of all, this article has been cleared about the current situation of X car depot wheel-axle maintenance, Analizing the system functional requirements, performance requirements, the network model and system design principle. Secondly, detailed designing the overall system planning, function structure, database structure and system security and reliability. Then, according to the function of the system module. Maintenance monitoring module is developed, to realize the wheel-axle repair business process control, the electronic transfer of maintenance data; Report management module is established, it has realized the maintenance data statistical analysis and all kinds of automatic printing function statements; Integrated query management module is developed, to implement the fast repair data query, real-time query and bearing and shaft neck of maintenance schedule automatically matching function; Set up basic data management module, the realization of the data dictionary and standard parameters of wheel and axle repair maintenance. Has also developed the system management module, it completed to manage system users and permissions, can realize the function of database backup and restore. Finally, through the commissioning and trial operation results show that the system of flexible structure, stability and good expansibility, each function has met the actual demand, not only improve the efficiency of maintenance of the workshop, and has a strong practicality and generality.
