Study On Method Of Railway Luggage&Package Transportation Scheme

With the development of e-commerce,the demand for small pieces of goods that require higher timeliness has grown rapidly Parcel&Luggage transportation have higher transport speed and timeliness,which suit for small cargoes transportation.Therefore,it has a higher practical significance for luggage carts to carry small pieces of goods.However,the current parcel&Luggage transportation is still regarded as ancillary products of passenger transport services.The formulation of the plan is limited by traditional principles and lacks systemic optimization.On the other hand,in the face of rapid development of the logistics industry,traditional "stop-to-stop" transportation has been unable to adapt to market competition.The railways need to further improve the terminal distribution network,to achieve "door-to-door" transportation,and then improve the service level of entire logistics process.Regarding these problems,this paper will study on the method of compiling parcel&Luggage transportation plans with timeliness as the core.This paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the parcel&Luggage transportation plans,we consider the invariable factors in the process.This paper proposes a two-phase transportation plan preparation method.First,the method considers some restrictions in the parcel&Luggage transportation process and search for all possible paths that satisfy the constraints;secondly,establish a transportation plan model with the goal of maximum total profit on the basis of feasible paths.(2)Based on passenger train timetables and package handling stations,a dynamic service network for baggage and baggage transportation will be established to transform the parcel&Luggage transportation package preparation problem into a service arc selection problem,taking several typical constraints into account.Based on A*algorithm,combined the characteristics of the package transport organization,design the path search algorithm and solve the problem through C#.(3)Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the transport planning establishment,a traffic distribution model,targeting the maximum transport profit,was established.The results were the traffic distribution of each demand on each road.The model considered the luggage cart.The constraints of the carrying capacity and the restriction of the road transport capacity reflect the different timeliness of the package and transportation requirements.(4)Based on the full-line baggage transportation demand in 2017and passenger train timetable as the basic data in September,2017,C#programming was used to achieve the route search,and the results were analyzed.From that,the results shows that the method can obtain accurate and reasonable solution within effective time,which verify the validity and feasibility of the model and algorithm.
