Economic Analysis Of Traffic Congestion In Yanji

With the rapid development of Yanji’s economy,traffic congestion has also become a major disease to curb Yanji’s economic development.Therefore,all circles of society pay more attention to traffic congestion,and the government and relevant institutions are also actively working to establish a sound and perfect traffic system,and continue to carry out research on how to rationally allocate limited traffic resources for the maximum economic benefit.Based on the macro background above,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the current situation and causes of traffic congestion in Yanji and its cost.Through the study of the relationship between the supply and demand of traffic in Yanji and the external effects of traffic congestion,it is clear that the root of the traffic congestion is the increasing traffic elimination of the urban residents in Yanji.The contradiction between the demand for fees and the relatively backward traffic system,so as to theoretically analyze and empirically test the relationship between traffic congestion and economic development.It provides a new economic analysis framework for the implementation and implementation of Changji map,especially the development of the new urban area in Yanji and the reconstruction of the old city,reveals the basic role of the public products in the traffic system,explains the impact of the development of the traffic system on the economic growth,and makes clear the development direction of all kinds of transportation infrastructure and public products.It provides a theoretical basis and empirical support for the government to make a rational planning of traffic planning,to establish a sound and perfect transportation system and to realize the steady and coordinated development of Yanji’s economy.At the same time,it will help Yanji to play the role of the economic core of the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,rationally allocate the internal resources,attract external resources,accelerate the interregional interaction of the factors of production,and thus promote the economic development of the whole Yanbian region.In theory,the influence of traffic congestion on economic growth and the effect of perfect traffic system on economic growth are analyzed,and a function model based on the theory of supply and demand is constructed.With the help of the successful experience of traffic congestion in other cities and the effectiveness of the traffic congestion in small and medium-sized cities,it takes the management system,public products and external effects as a breakthrough point,and uses econometric model and empirical analysis to analyze the traffic congestion in Yanji.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the increasing population of Yanji has led to the fact that the original urban transport infrastructure has been unable to meet the needs of the social and economic development of the city.(2)with the expansion of the urban area of Yanji,the commuter mileage and commuting time of urban residents are also prolonged.(3)the state of the game of urban traffic(traffic manager and traffic Traveler)in Yanji is between the dynamic game of complete information and the dynamic game of incomplete information,and it is biased toward the latter.(4)from the current development trend of traffic congestion in Yanji,the factors causing traffic congestion are no longer so simple.It is impossible for traffic police departments alone to alleviate traffic congestion effectively.It is no longer the"old and difficult" problem of urban traffic development and urban economic development to promote the coordinated management of various departments,with scientific and rational system and efficient law enforcement ability,and to build a more sound urban transportation infrastructure.(5)the root cause of urban traffic congestion is the backward urban management structure caused by the backward urban economic development.
