With the rapid development of information technology and cloud computing,a new service-oriented networked manufacturing model cloud manufacturing has emerged.Geographically dispersed manufacturing resources and manufacturing capacities are encapsulated into manufacturing services to accomplish the manufacturing task according to customers’ demands.If manufacturing services and manufacturing tasks are regarded as two types of nodes,and manufacturing relationships among them are described as edges,the manufacturing mode of cloud manufacturing can be regarded as a manufacturing collaborative network with the characteristic of dichotomy.In order to maximize the collective profit of manufacturing services,manufacturing services need to cooperate with each other.However,cooperation will bring cooperative cost and manufacturing services with bounded rationality participating in manufacturing is to maximize their own interests,so there will be non-cooperative behavior,which seriously affects the stable development of the manufacturing network.Hence,it is necessary to deeply research on the evolution of cooperative among manufacturing services.The paper conducts empirical research and constructs the evolutionary model of manufacturing collaborative network based on the theory of complex network.In the meantime,the interaction among individuals from the perspective of micro level is explored to the influence of the evolutionary of cooperation among manufacturing services from macro level combining the spatial evolutionary game theory and multiagent modeling.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)The empirical research on manufacturing collaborative network and the construction of evolutionary model.The supply and demand datasets of the automotive industry is collected through the web crawler.Based on the theory of the complex network,the empirical network is defined and the topological characteristic of the network is analyzed.At the same time,a bipartite network evolutionary model between manufacturing services and manufacturing tasks is constructed based on the conclusions of the empirical research.By using the weighted projection of bipartite network,the collaborative relationship among manufacturing services is extracted and the network is constructed.At last,the topological characteristics of the network in the evolutionary network are compared and verified with the results of empirical research.(2)Behavioral decision-making modeling based on the public good game.In order to describe the behaviors of the manufacturing services in repetitive cooperative relationships,a behavior model based on public goods game is established based on the theory of spatial evolutionary game.Based on self-information and partial incomplete information from neighborhoods,a method of behavior decision-making based on learning automata is proposed.Finally,a multi-agent simulation platform is built based on the tool of multi-agent simulation Repast.Corresponding experiments are designed to explore the influence of key model parameters on the evolution of cooperation among manufacturing services and the method is compared with other methods of behavioral decision-making.(3)Research the influence of feedback evaluation information on the evolution of cooperation under the condition of information asymmetry.Due to the existence of the problem of information asymmetry between the manufacturing tasks and manufacturing services,the benefit of manufacture services evenly distributed among service results leads to the low level of cooperation.The interests are distributed by using the feedback information of manufacturing services.Based on the multi-agent simulation platform,the experiments are designed.The effect of evaluation information feedback on the evolution of cooperation is explored.The false evaluation information and the influence of the behavior of non-participation on the evolution of cooperation are also explored.
