Due to the rapid development of smart grids,the traditional communication protocols show severe limitations and cannot comply with the newest trend of smart meters.This article focuses mainly on the inconsistencies among the communication protocols of the master station,terminal and smart meter in the acquisition system.It further studies the communication protocol of information acquisition systems that can be used for smart meters and proposes a single-phase energy meter based on the DL/T 698.45 communication system.Design and implementation,DL/T 698.45 absorbs the advantages of the IEC 62056 protocol framework,summarizes the DL/T 645,Q/DCW1376.1 application experience,and innovatively designs an agreement for domestic AMIs based on new requirements.The flexibility,scalability and reusability of the acquisition system's communication protocol have been improved,and the practical application of object-oriented technology in China has been accelerated,providing strong technical support for new requirements such as copying.This article first explained the domestic and international developments and the background and significance of the research,and focused on the object-oriented ideas and sources of DL/T 698.45 communication protocol,and existing communication protocols such as DL/T 645 and IEC 62056,etc.Compare.From the communication architecture,namely the physical layer,data link layer,application layer,interface class,and object identification system.Then from the hardware analysis of single-phase power meter working principle and main functions to achieve.Since the new protocol breaks through the traditional statute,it is necessary to qualitatively analyze the applicability of the inherent watt-hour meter and improve it.After comprehensive consideration of the performance and function of the energy meter,the design plan is finalized.Based on the hardware implementation,the software of the smart meter was designed and implemented.Firstly,the requirements of the single-phase table and the implementation of the communication protocol are introduced.Then the communication part of the software design is mainly introduced.The object-oriented protocol communication link layer module,the communication application layer data exchange module,and the security transmission module are specifically analyzed.Class and object identifiers provide access to the four-sheet set copy.Finally,the design of the security module is introduced in detail.Finally,the single-phase energy meter was tested for accuracy,performance,protocol consistency,and security and anti-jamming capability.The test and practical application showed that the current data transmission speed can be solved based on the DL/T698.45 power meter.Slowly,the incompatibility brought about by the cross-revision of the remote communication protocol and the local communication protocol has greatly improved scalability,reusability,and flexibility.It also provides a very good fusion method for the smart meter.The copy of the four tables provides a powerful basis and has great practical value.
