With the rapid development of power electronics technology,the efficiency of solar photovoltaic power generation has been greatly improved,and the construction cost has been greatly reduced.Photovoltaic power generation is playing an increasingly important role in green clean energy.As a newly-developed distributed photovoltaic power generation system,photovoltaic water pump system is not only an important measure for the country to adjust the energy structure and reduce the proportion of fossil resource consumption,but also is a major project to promote sustainable economic development and improve the ecological environment.This paper takes the photovoltaic water pump control system as the research object,the basic principle of the photovoltaic water pump system,Boost-Cuk DC/DC step-up converter circuit,MPPT control technology,PV pump space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)variable voltage frequency conversion mathematical model,photovoltaic pump system topology and control strategy,hardware and software circuit design and other issues were studied in depth.Based on the basis of establishing the average state mathematical model of the photovoltaic pump optimized sliding mode control system,The digital simulation and experimental verification of the Boost-Cuk DC/DC converter circuit and the optimized sliding mode MPPT controller are carried out.First of all,the research background,current research status,and key technologies of photovoltaic water pumps are systematically introduced.Then the mathematical model of each module of the photovoltaic water pump system is established,and the photovoltaic water pump model is simplified.Based on the further study of photovoltaic pump SVPWM variable voltage and frequency conversion control strategies A SVPWM control strategy and an optimized sliding mode control strategy based on DDS technology are proposed,and an optimized sliding mode control model is established.In order to realize the maximum power tracking control of the photovoltaic pump system,a single closed-loop control strategy was adopted for the DC bus voltage,and a general design method was given by combining theoretical analysis with digital PI controller.Then,on the basis of theoretical analysis,the design of the hardware and software system of the PV water pump control system is designed.The hardware system mainly including Boost-Cuk step-up circuit,DC/AC IPM three-phase inverter circuit,control circuit and communication circuit.The main control and protection core chip adopts the DSPIC30F6014A microcontroller.The software design of the system is completed in the MPLAB IDE v8.92 development environment,and mainly includes a main program,an optimized sliding mode MPPT control program,an SVPWM interrupt program,a digital PI control program,a system communication program,a human-computer interaction program,and a control protection program.Finally,a 1kW photovoltaic water pump control system prototype was developed based on theoretical analysis and software and hardware design,and the experimental test was carried out to verify the correctness and feasibility of the control algorithm.
