In recent years,the appearance of a broken wall machine has catered to people's high-quality,refined health concepts and has become more widely used.As the core component of the wall breaker,the performance of the drive motor has an important impact on the wall breaker.Breaking machine motor running speed is generally more than20,000 r / min,and now generally used in China as a series motor drive.The series-excited motor has low cost and the torque output characteristic meets the requirement of the breaking machine working condition.However,the series-excited motor must use the commutator and the brush to operate.It is easy to generate sparks during the commutation,and the brush is easily damaged by friction and affects the overall reliability of the system.Sex and life.High-speed motors are developing in the direction of brushless,such as asynchronous induction motors,permanent magnet motors,and switched reluctance motors.Asynchronous induction motor is easy to start,low cost,no position sensor,but the motor power factor is low,the starting current is large,the starting torque is small,does not meet the requirements of wall breaking.Permanent magnet motors have high power factor and high efficiency.However,permanent magnets are embedded in the rotor,the rotor strength is low,and the permanent magnets are expensive,and the high-speed weak magnetic control is complicated.In comparison,the switched reluctance motor has a simple structure,a small starting current,a large starting torque,and a high overall efficiency.The rotor has neither a winding nor a permanent magnet,and does not require a commutator and a brush,and is easy to realize high-speed operation.And other countries have begun to develop applications on the wall breaking machine.The domestic research on the switched reluctance motor started in the 1990 s and has been popularized in general industry in recent ten years.The motor speed is generally around 1500 rpm.Domestic research on high-speed switched reluctance motors has just begun.Some universities and colleges such as China Southern Airlines have trial-produced prototypes of high-speed switched reluctance motors for aerospace applications,but they have not been put into practical use.This paper addresses the key technical issues of the design and control of high-speed switched reluctance motors for application requirements of breaking machines,and uses advanced microprocessors and integrated chips to develop high-speed switching reluctances suitable for wall breakers based on modern control theory.Motor control system.In this paper,the relationship between torque,current and position angle of SRM is firstly analyzed under the linear mathematical model,and a comprehensive strategy combining various control modes in the sub-rotational region is proposed to meet the motor's low-speed output and high torque.High-speed commutation control requires fast speed;secondly,Matlab/Simulink environment is used to build the system model and simulation is performed.The traditional PID algorithm is improved.In combination with the specific characteristics of motor speed regulation,a saturated incremental PI algorithm is used to implement the switch.The reluctance motor has a maximum speed of 40,000rpm;finally,considering the system performance and cost,this paper designs a switched reluctance motor controller that uses ARM STM32F103 as the control core and the intelligent power module IPM as the drive.The system initialization program and various interrupt service routines were completed with modularization,and an experimental platform was built to test the switched reluctance motor prototype.Experiments show that the high-speed switched reluctance motor control system designed in this paper meets the expected goals.The output torque is large during low-speed operation,the system responds quickly when the motor runs at high speed,the overshoot of speed is small,and the torque output curve can be set according to different application characteristics.Easy adjustment.High-speed switched reluctance motors have the advantages of high system efficiency,high reliability,and low cost.The related work in this paper can be used not only for wall breakers,but also for reference in other high-speed applications,and it can promote the development of high-speed switched reluctance motors.
