Study On The Product Cost Control In Research And Development Stage Based On The Delphi Method

In recent years,with the development of coal mining industry,the adjustment of coal equipment industry and technology upgrading,the competition in coal mining machinery market has become increasingly fierce,and the market has put forward higher requirements on the technology,as well as the cost control of coal mining machinery.It is especially important to keep product competitive advantage in order to control the product cost and to improve the profit of the product.Based on this background,the product cost control is carried out in the research and development stage,which is significant for improving the product profit margin and the comprehensive competitiveness of products.In this paper,the product cost control is researched in the R&D stage of the bolter miner project in S company.Considering the characteristics of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the Delphi method is applied to the evaluation of the feasibility of the design concept.While the AHP is applied to the decision-making of the cost control method during the specific design.Establishing proper,scientific and practical mathematical model and controlling the cost of the whole process of the R&D stage,is conducive to the product cost control from qualitative to quantitative,so as to make the cost control more scientific and rational.The specific implementation process of Delphi method is as following.First of all,the product design concepts are built in brainstorm meeting.Secondly,the index system of the evaluation of the feasibility of design concept is established and used to evaluate the design concept.It can not only reduce the risk of the product design,but also ensure that the design concept is reasonable,scientific and operable.The AHP model and pairwise comparison judgment matrix of cost control in product design stage are established in specialist conference.The weight sorting and decision making of cost control methods are used in AHP.In the R&D stage,the Delphi method and AHP of group decision are used to evaluate the feasibility of the product design concept,to optimize the ranking and decision-making of the cost control strategy,to effectively reduce the subjective factors in the R&D,and to ensure the rational,scientific and efficient decision-making of R&D,which is of practical guiding significance for the cost control of similar product development stage.With the Delphi method and AHP widely applied in the field of product research and development stage of cost control,it will improve the accuracy of cost control and the effectiveness of decision-making which is going to be a farreaching change to the product research and development stage of the cost control.
