Pervious concrete has good water permeability and ecological advantages,which can effectively promote the development of "sponge cities." The use of recycled aggregate as a derivative of construction waste in the field of pervious concrete has important implications for resource conservation,environmental protection,and sustainable urban development.Recycled aggregate permeable concrete itself is porous,and its low strength has become a bottleneck restricting its development.Based on the relevant theories at home and abroad,this paper aims at the use of recycled aggregate permeable concrete for both engineering strength and permeability.Orthogonal tests were conducted to test and analyze the mix design,strength,and permeability.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Combine the characteristics of pervious concrete with recycled aggregates,select the appropriate mixing,forming,and curing techniques,and select a self-made permeable meter to measure the permeability coefficient.Comparing and analyzing the mix ratio design method of pervious concrete,by comparing the related advantages and disadvantages,this paper uses the mass method to calculate the test mix ratio.(2)Through the orthogonal test method for the mix ratio design of recycled aggregate permeable concrete,choose three factors of aggregate particle size,water-cement ratio,and ash collection ratio,set three levels for each factor,and study each factor for regenerated bone.Permeable concrete compressive strength,flexural strength,porosity and permeability characteristics of the law.(3)The analysis of the results of the analysis of the results shows the order of the influence of various factors on the strength and permeability of the pervious concrete.The fitting of the test data yields porosity and strength,porosity and permeability,permeability and strength,and compressive strength.The fitting relationship between strength and flexural strength,taking into account the strength and permeability of the water to meet the requirements,determined the best experimental combination of recycled aggregate permeable concrete under the three-factor combination conditions.(4)Through the change of the amount of recycled aggregate,the forming and curing process was improved,the mix ratio was adjusted,and the performance of pervious concrete was studied by adding silica fume or reinforcing agent.The incorporation of silica fume and reinforcing agent has greatly enhanced the strength of recycled aggregate permeable concrete,but it is necessary to strictly control the level of blending to ensure that the permeability of water is within the controllable range.Silica fume content is the best 6%,28 d compressive strength 31.17 MPa,28d flexural strength 3.60 MPa,permeability coefficient 4.18mm/s;reinforcing agent content 2.8% best,28 d compressive strength 23.90 MPa,28d flexural strength 3.05 MPa,permeability coefficient 4.52mm/s.(5)Exploration of the practical application of recycled aggregate permeable concrete.Through the case of physical engineering,the construction process flow and quality control index of pervious concrete are expressed,and the cost is compared with that of ordinary concrete pavement.The comprehensive benefit of recycled aggregate permeable concrete is high.Has a good application value,with the formulation of corresponding policies,it has a certain role in promoting the further development.
