The shared bicycle is a newly-developed no-piling bicycle rental system. With its convenience, economy, and speed,it attracts a large number of users, which eases traffic pressure, facilitates short-distance transportation, and is particularly convenient for the ‘last mile' of rail transit passengers in megacity traffic. However, with the increasing number of shared bicycles, many new problems have also been brought about, among which the problem of unbalanced spatial and temporal distribution of shared bicycles is particularly acute. At the peak hours,a large number of shared bicycles are often stored in a certain place, occupying a large amount of public space and causing waste of resources. At the same time, many travelers who urgently need to share bicycles cannot find nearby bicycles and are forced to use other modes of trave, which wasted time or environmental impacts. These are common in Beijing, where a large number of rail transit stations often appear. To analyze and solve this problem, this paper first analyzes macroscopically, combines DTW algorithm and hierarchical clustering method, classifies the Beijing rail transit stations according to the sharing characteristics of shared bicycles, and uses the TOPSIS algorithm to share bicycles at each station. The degree of backlog is evaluated to find out the types of stations that are easy to backlog and their corresponding characteristics.Based on the results of classification and scoring, this paper selects the investigation of the status of the connection of shared bicycles at a typical backlog station,DAGUANYING station, and incorporates the entry and exit of the station.Station passenger flow data, using 1stOpt software, using genetic algorithm to fit the curve for analysis,to obtain the value of the shared bike backlog when the station fully meets the demand, and compares it with the actual backlog value and the current environmental carrying value, and analyzes and summarizes the current problems. In the end, this paper proposes a complete solution to the problem of sharing bicycles connecting urban rail transit stations, that is,firstly dividing the connection area according to the rail transit station connection range and road conditions to calculate the vehicle demand in the connection area.Set up shared bicycle parking spot based on DBScan clustering algorithm, and proposed bike share peak time scheduling model based on the generalized cost, design and scheduling effects were analyzed by bicycle sharing stations Sheriff camp case data, the results show that the scheme can effectively solve the spatial and temporal distribution of shared bicycle imbalances. In the next step,it is necessary to verify different types of track sites and communicate with government management departments and shared bicycle companies to discuss the ways of actual promotion.
