Application Of Balance Valve In Air Conditioning And Heating

With the development of science and technology,people’s living standard improves,and the energy problem is becoming more and more serious.At the same time,the voice of building energy saving is becoming higher and higher,which is concerned by people from all walks of life.Because of the problem of hydraulic imbalance,building energy consumption is much greater.Therefore,solving the problem of hydraulic imbalance is the most important problem to solve the problem of building energy consumption.It can reduce the hydraulic maladjustment of water system,which provides the possibility to solve the problem of hydraulic maladjustment fundamentally.In this paper,the classification,structure,working principle and characteristic curve of the balance valve are introduced in detail,and then the theoretical knowledge of hydraulic problems is expounded.It lays a theoretical foundation for the research of hydraulic balance method.Secondly,the use of balance valve in water system is analyzed.Through the method of simulation experiment,the effect of balancing valve on the condition of parallel loop is studied.Finally,the balance effect and energy consumption cost before and after the use of balance valve are analyzed and compared with practical engineering cases.Thus,the balance effect and energy saving effect of balance valve reconditioning heating water system are verified,which provides some ideas and methods for solving this kind of problem in the future.
