In recent years,a large number of heating and air conditioning system is popular, but in the availability impact due to various reasons, often makes the pipe network flow and the user does not match the design requirements, hydraulic imbalance. For the pipe network adjustment is the key to solving this problem. Balancing valve is installed, by adjusting the valve opening to change distribution pipe network resistance to achieve rational distribution of traffic, and ultimately achieve the hydraulic balance of net, is one of the most important and effective measures. But in a real system for balancing valve is set in blindness and even there are two extremes, one is not, another abuse. In order to make the use of balance valve professional and targeted, the balancing valve from the basic structure of balance valve, the characteristic and the role in the pipe network are analyzed in this article in detail.Form constant flow and variable flow of two different forms of heating and cooling system water systems, the use of balance valves is introduced And when the condition is changed the different balancing valves through the experiment in parallel loop is analyzed. In order to make the balance valve effect and energy saving effect is more persuasive, finally combining with the practical case of balancing valve which is applied to heating and cooling system before and after the modified, effect of balance and energy consumption analysis is calculated. It is concluded that the heating and air conditioning system in the use of balance valve got good economic benefit and provide theory and based on facts by applying balancing valve to solve hydraulic imbalance problem.
