Hydrostatic thrust bearing is the key components of heavy duty nc processing equipment,its performance directly affect the machining quality and efficiency of the equipment.For hydrostatic thrust bearing research,researchers pay more attention to the general working state of bearing characteristics,but often due to the changes in processing requirements and processing environment,the working state of the bearing are in a state of extreme.thus it is extremely necessary to research extreme conditions of hydrostatic thrust bearing.Therefore,it is very essential to study the lubrication,friction and stability of the bearings under extreme conditions.Through the foundational theory of hydrostatic thrust bearing,reducing the equation of viscosity temperature relation of lubricating oil,the relation equation of load and oil film thickness,the relation equation of speed of extreme working condition and oil film thickness,relation equation of load and speed in extreme working condition,etc.It is required for calculation and simulation analysis of hydrostatic thrust bearing with double rectangular cavity.The oil film,base,rotating worktable,double rectangular cavity,oil pad and other models of hydrostatic thrust bearing with double rectangular cavity are established by using three dimensional modeling software UG.the oil film model is meshed by using CFD which is professional meshing software,and the material property is added,the boundary condition is set,and the solution is calculated by ANSYS CFX.the temperature field and pressure field of the oil film are obtained by post treatment under the general working condition and extreme condition of the bearing,then the temperature field and pressure field are analyzed and compared by using the integrated simulation software ANSYS WORKBENCH,the hot pressure deformation of the bearing friction pair is analyzed based on the fluid solid coupling analysis method,the deformation of the oil film is predicted in the end.By deriving the stiffness and damping coefficient of the lubricating oil film under extreme conditions,the equivalent mathematical model and transfer function of hydrostatic thrust bearing with double rectangular cavity are established under the step load,MATLAB software was applied to analyze the dynamic change rule of oil film under different lubricating oil viscosity,different oil film thickness and different rectangle chamber size.the relationship between the dynamic stiffness and the dynamic stiffness of the oil film under the action of sinusoidal load is compared and analyzed.In this paper,hydrostatic thrust bearing with double rectangular chamber as the research object,was tested in Qiqihar CNC Equipment Co.,ltd.,Data collection for 5 pressure measurement points and 4 temperature measurement points of oil chamber under different working conditions is carried out.The correctness of theory and numerical simulation is verified by comparing experimental data with simulation analysis.
