With the acceleration of urbanization in China,urban infrastructure construction is an important issue to be solved urgently.The frequent laying and maintenance of underground pipelines,the frequent excavation of urban roads has a serious impact on urban traffic and brings serious inconvenience to residents' lives.Underground pipe gallery are underground tunnels where water supply,rainwater,sewage,reclaimed water,natural gas,thermal power,electricity,communications,and other urban engineering pipelines are laid centrally under the roads.However,underground pipe gallery will have negative impact on urban roads.This thesis focuses on mechanical properties of urban roads above underground pipe gallery.Combining with actual engineering projects,the field test and numerical simulation methods are used to analyze the mechanical properties of urban roads in different cabin and in different depths.The main tasks are as follows:(1)Combining the research status of underground pipe gallery at home and abroad,the mechanical engineering characteristics related to underground pipe gallery and urban roads are given,and the main factors affecting underground pipe gallery on urban roads are given.(2)Through the finite element analysis of underground pipe gallery,establish the corresponding solving method,determine the corresponding material parameters,make reasonable basic assumptions,and combine the field test data to establish the urban road finite element model above underground pipe gallery with single cabin,double cabin and three cabin.(3)For a certain size of pipe gallery,the horizontal stress,vertical stress and settlement deformation of the surface course,base course and subgrade in different depths are compared and analyzed.For the same depth,the size of pipeline gallery,comparing and analyzing the horizontal stress,vertical stress and settlement deformation of surface course,base course and subgrade,determining the reasonable depth and size of the gallery through comparative analysis.(4)Carry out the experiment on the project site,monitoring and recording of horizontal and vertical stress in double cabin pipe gallery under different buried depths,Analyze field test data,the data is consistent with the result data of theoretical fem simulation,which shows that the results of theoretical simulation are reliable.This thesis give the depth of the pipe gallery with less influence on the urban road and the size of underground pipe gallery with a more appropriate proportion,and give corresponding reference for the study of the influence of underground pipe gallery on the urban road,and give the corresponding basis and recommendations of the design and construction of underground pipe gallery.
