In recent years,the underground comprehensive pipe gallery project has been vigorously promoted in China.In order to solve the problem of binding time of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure,the research group put forward the underground comprehensive pipe gallery of steel reinforced concrete structure assembled on site.Vehicle load is one of the main live loads on the underground pipe gallery.Due to the particularity of the bond between the framework of the concrete structure and the concrete,the failure and damage of the steel reinforced concrete underground pipe gallery under the long-term repeated vehicle load need to be further studied.Therefore,based on the steel concrete underground comprehensive pipe gallery proposed by the research team,on the basis of summarizing relevant research status and learning relevant theoretical knowledge,this dissertation uses the finite element software to simulate the working state of the steel concrete pipe gallery under the vehicle load,and analyzes the static and fatigue performance of the steel concrete pipe gallery.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The stress analysis of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery is carried out,the calculation method and construction method are introduced,the structural requirements and main advantages of the steel reinforced concrete underground comprehensive pipe gallery are explained,and the simplified model of traffic load is analyzed and compared.(2)This dissertation analyzes the stress characteristics of steel reinforced concrete underground comprehensive pipe gallery under uniform static load,finds the most unfavorable position of structural stress,and analyzes the main role of steel and steel bars in the pipe gallery under load.(3)This dissertation analyzes the transmission of vehicle load in soil,and compares the influence of buried depth,loading position,amplitude of vehicle load and overall rigidity of pipe gallery on structural stress and roof displacement of pipe gallery.(4)The random vehicle load is simplified as cyclic load,and the finite element model is established by using the plastic damage model of concrete.The fatigue characteristics of the underground pipe gallery under the action of fatigue standard vehicle and overload fatigue vehicle load are analyzed,and the fatigue life of steel reinforced concrete underground comprehensive pipe gallery under the cyclic load of overweight vehicles is predicted.
