With the development of the times,the market demand has become more and more diversified,and the traditional production mode has not been able to meet the individual consumers.In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,major auto companies around the world have developed new technologies.At present,world-class companies have focused their attention on emerging technologies such as platformlization,modularization,intelligence,and electrification,and the gap between enterprises has further widened.In such a complex and volatile market environment,domestic companies must also focus on R&D related technologies.This paper analyzes the definition and product planning of platformalization of an automobile enterprise by studying the platfonnalization process of an automobile enterprise in China and starting from the platformalization of automobile frame.At the same time,the basic structure and basic parameters(axle spacing,front suspension,rear suspension and front and rear longitudinal beam opening and longitudinal beam section)of the frame are determined after considering the design assignment and general layout of the chassis.The position of parts is determined by engine layout,cooling system assembly layout,intake system assembly layout and so on.After preliminarily determining the position of each sub-assembly and parts installed on the frame,the standardized design of the structure is carried out.The standardization of the structure is realized through the unification of the design scheme of the longitudinal beam,the layout scheme of the beam,the fixation method of the vertical and horizontal beam,the design scheme of the beam and the material.After the preliminary design of the frame platform is completed,the preliminary theoretical calculation of the frame designed by the platform is carried out to verify the feasibility of the design.Paper with the help of simulation analysis,from the frame under different working conditions,the strength,stiffness,dynamic stiffness of the installation points and modal four aspects were discussed,and the superior performance benchmarking car frame is used in the comparison,found in the left after longitudinal beam plate,spare tire installed beam reinforcement plate,the cab mount bracket 4 parts do not meet the requirements.The problem parts are optimized and re-simulated until the design of the frame platform is completed.
