Aluminum alloy formwork is a new type of construction formwork.With its unique advantages,it has gradually become the main industrial formwork of the construction industry.However,there are few articles on mechanical properties experiments and numerical simulation analysis of aluminum alloy formwork system,and theoretical analysis is not yet mature.The research on mechanical properties of aluminum alloy formwork is of great significance to the development of the technology of aluminum formwork.In this thesis,the mechanical properties of the aluminum formwork of pinned joints are researched.Firstly,through the research in experiment and numerical simulation,the mechanical properties of the single standard aluminum alloy formwork are researched.The destruction mechanism of the formwork is obtained.It verifies the correctness and reliability of the numerical simulation analysis for further the mechanical properties research on aluminum formwork system of pinned joints.The design suggestions of aluminum formwork are put forward.Secondly,through the research in numerical simulation,the wall formwork and column formwork is researched.The mechanical properties of the formwork are obtained.The ultimate bearing capacity of the standard formwork and the dangerous components are determined.Thirdly,through the research in experiment,the semi-rigid analysis is carried out on the two standard floor formwork of pinned joint.The angle curve and the rotational stiffness of the standard formwork by the pinned joints are obtained.The numerical simulation analysis of the two standard floor formwork of the pinned joints and the rigid joints is carried out.It is proved that the semi-rigid analysis is more consistent with the actual project and the ultimate bearing capacity of the wall formwork of pinned joints is determined.Then,the semi-rigid matrix is brought into the pinned formwork and the pinned formwork system for static analysis.The mechanical properties are obtained.Finally,through the research in numerical simulation,the stability of the aluminum alloy formwork system is researched.It includes buckling analysis and anti-overturning analysis.The buckling mode,yield load,the curve of lateral load and interlayer displacement are obtained.The anti-overturning properties are compared.The proposal of anti-overturning calculation on the aluminum formwork system is proposed.
