Architectural formwork plays a very important role in the construction process of concrete structure engineering.At present,there are more and more types of building formwork.In recent years,because of its excellent performance and economic advantages,aluminum alloy formwork is gradually being used in the construction process of super high-rise buildings in many countries and regions.But aluminum alloy formwork has been widely used in China for only a short time,and the research on aluminum alloy formwork is not mature enough.Therefore,it has important theoretical significance and practical application value to study the new aluminum alloy formwork.In this paper,the application result,mechanical properties and optimization improvement of new aluminum alloy formwork are studied by field measurement,theoretical analysis and finite element calculation.First of all,three-dimensional laser scanning technology was used to scan the wall surface of aluminum alloy,and point cloud data was obtained.Then data processing and model reconstruction were carried out to obtain the smoothness of the wall,and the deformation of aluminum alloy formwork in the construction process was also known.Secondly,according to the actual situation,the load forms and sizes of the aluminum alloy wall formwork were analyzed,then the stress mechanism of the two main types of formwork was studied,and their simplified calculation methods were put forward.Thirdly,the static test of aluminum alloy formwork was carried out,and the results of the test were compared with those of the finite element simulation to verify the correctness of the finite element results.Then the finite element analysis method was used to compare with the simplified calculation.Finally,a new type of aluminum alloy formwork was proposed by optimizing and improving the current aluminum alloy formwork,and compared with the other two types of template from the viewpoint of deformation capacity and load-bearing capacity.Through this optimization design,a new arrangement of ribs for aluminum alloy formwork plate was proposed,and the deformation of the optimized template was significantly reduced.
