| As a new type of high performance concrete with high strength,high durability,high workability of concrete characteristics in recent years gradually replace the traditional concrete is widely applied in high-speed rail,light rail transit,such as tall building concrete structure,and brought great economic benefits,high performance concrete,meanwhile,has become a focus in the study of scholars in recent years.In this paper,based on the actual engineering of Zhengzhou to Fuyang passenger dedicated line,on the basis of the experiment explored in detail CRTS Ⅲ type track plate method(water machine),high-performance concrete,the raw materials of high performance concrete for track plate experiment to explore,to choose suitable for the actual project need of raw materials.According to the selected raw materials,the design of high performance concrete mix ratio is carried out.Concrete compressive strength due to the age of 16 h directly affect the output of track plate,age is 28 d compressive strength of concrete influence rail board acceptance,so the test select two ages 16 h and 28 d compressive strength of high performance concrete test,according to the test data are analyzed in detail the factors influencing the compressive strength of high performance concrete.At the same time,some factors that influence the durability of high performance concrete are studied.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Select the raw materials according to the actual project,and carry out the test,and refer to the railway concrete standard and technical conditions to select the high performance concrete raw materials suitable for the production of track plate.Based on the experimental data,the importance of high quality raw materials to high performance concrete is analyzed and its reasons are explained.Water-binder ratio,sand ratio,are analyzed in detail the effects of mineral admixture for high performance concrete and the reasons,and provides a large number of test data for other engineering provide reference for the selection of raw materials of high performance concrete.(2)Design the matching ratio according to the selected raw materials,and check the important parameters to verify that it meets the engineering requirements.Orthogonal experiment design,selection of water-binder ratio,sand ratio,mineral admixtures three factors to explore the optimal mixture ratio,through the analysis ofvariance and drawing intuitive analysis under the different age three factors of influence on the compressive strength of high performance concrete significantly,and it is concluded that the optimal mixture ratio is: water-binder ratio of 0.31,sand ratio38%,mineral admixtures percentage is 10%.(3)Under the optimal mixing proportion of experiment explored the new track plate,elastic modulus,of high performance concrete used in electric flux,resistance to chloride ion diffusion coefficient,crack resistance,frost resistance has a significant influence on the durability characteristics,analyses the reason of their influence on the durability,and expounds the importance of concrete structure endurance in today.Through the concrete experimental data,it is proved that the optimal combination ratio is in line with the actual engineering needs.Configuration of high performance concrete has been used for Zheng Fu guest is designed more than 7000 piece of track plate production,the effect is good,effectively guarantee the quality of the bid the track plate,various test data for subsequent track plate also use provides guiding significance to the improvement of high performance concrete. |
