HPC is hot research in the field of concrete.About research on high-performance concrete, researchers have achieved fruitful results so far.However,the research work has been mainly concentrated in raw materials, blending technology, other aspects of macro and micro performance of HPC, such as additives, admixture, the water-cement ratio, etc. Extensive survey and the latest literature shows that, in view of the construction technology of the impact of high-performance concrete, has yet not to see the systematic research, and engineering practice shows that high-performance concrete construction technology is precisely on the impact of HPC performance. This issue has done the following research through a large amount of test data of construction technology (stirring, vibrated, conservation) on the various indicators of high-performance concrete (intensity, and chloride ion permeability, freezing and thawing, carbonation) performance impact:(1) Design a high-performance concrete, the concrete of the technical indicators:strength rating C50,180±20mm slump, the water-cement ratio 0.34,40% sand ratio and fly ash content of 150 kg/m3, superplasticizer 6 kg/m3.(2) Choose L9 (34) orthogonal, and orthogonal design application designed 9 test and three orthogonal factors (mixing, vibrated, conservation) and three levels.The study is different from the method indicators corresponding to the high-performance concrete main properties (strength, impermeability, antifreeze, carbonation).(3) Doing high-performance concrete compressive strength test, chloride permeability test, antifreeze test, carbonation performance tests and such were orthogonal design in the design of the nine concrete compressive strength, conductive volume and relative loss of dynamic elastic modulus volume, as well as carbonation depth.(4) Analysis orthogonal design for the variance, and in light of the realities of the factors that the study of the corresponding indexes; orthogonal analysis of variance tests to determine the factors is corresponding to the inspection indicators significantly affected the extent to the level of various factors, and get every factors that the best combination.(5) In a single indicator on the basis of the analysis of the trial, the multiple indicator test analysis the method to study the strength, durability of high-performance concrete and indicators the combined effects of best combination of factors.(6) In orthogonal design of the nine tests elected three groups, microscopic observation was done and the method of inspection performance microscopic properties of concrete was analysised.The results show that:Stirring, vibration and conservation approaches for high-performance concrete strength and durability can have different levels of impact, which means to stir the most significant impact, and the impact of vibration mode and conservation approaches was relatively weak. Were obtained with the inspection should be the best indicator of the relative, and through the Multiple Indicator Test analysis, get a number of comprehensive indicators of the best way. Microscopic observation and analysis is on the way with the construction of high-performance concrete macro analysis of the pilot study and on the way of strong support.
