The role of tempaerature is an impaortant factor that cannot be ignored in the design and construction of large steel plant buildings.In view of the two conditions of steel structure factory affected by sunshine tempaerature and fire tempaerature,based on the basic theory of steel structure plant design and related specifications,combined with MIDAS/Gen general structure analysis and design software,the finite element analysis of the tempaerature stress of the steel structure of the factory building is established.The model analyzes the stress and deformation of the structure at different locations.The solar radiation tempaerature field uses three different methods to analyze the same steel frame plant and compaares the error of the results obtained by the three methods.The results show that under the effect of solar radiation tempaerature field,the tempaerature stress and deformation of the steel plant building structure at the ridge are obvious,but the deformation of the structure is not significant.As long as reasonable design and corresponding structural measures are taken,the stress can be controlled.Deformation value within the allowable value of the specification;The compaarison of the results obtained by the three methods shows that although the three methods have errors but are within the allowable range,the imparoved tempaerature field calculation results are relatively conservative.Through the analysis of the fire tempaerature field,it can be seen that the range of the fire source is limited beyond a certain range.The tempaerature of the rigid frame remains basically the same and the location of the fire source has a greater influence on the structure of the powerhouse.The higher the height of the same frame,the higher the tempaerature.Through the analysis of the fire tempaerature field,it can be seen that the range of the fire source is limited beyond a certain range.The tempaerature of the rigid frame remains basically the same and the position of the fire source has a greater influence on the structure of the workshop.The higher the height of the same frame,the higher the teMpaerature is.Under the effect of fire tempaerature,the roof support of the structure is too large,and some of the structural members even have a large tensile stress.This project adopts methods such as strengthening the structural design,and adopting fireproof and heat-insulating layers or overall brushing of fire-retardant coatings.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the influence of different tempaerature on the steel structure,it provides reference and data support for design and construction,and also provides reference for accurate calculation of the tempaerature stress of large-scale statically indeterminate steel structures.
