Ozone oxidation process has been more and more applied to the water treatment process,ozone oxidation will contain bromine water disinfection by-products generated bromate,ammonia nitrogen,hydrogen peroxide has become the focus in the control of ozonation to bromate formation.In this study,the formation control of bromate was studied by means of high permanganate and ammonia coupling pretreatment.In this paper,the effects of precast ammonia and permanganate/ammonia on the production of bromate were studied,and the inhibition mechanism was briefly analyzed.The production of bromate was influenced by the pH,temperature,DOC and other water quality indexes,and the inhibition effect of permanganate/ammonia system on the formation of bromate was studied under different influencing factors and different water quality conditions.The amount of ozonation was selected as 3mg/L,and potassium permanganate/ammonia could further reduce the production of bromate.Through the experimental study,it was determined that the amount of ammonia nitrogen input should be 0.1~0.3mg/L,and the potassium permanganate should be less than 0.8mg/L.Studies show that potassium permanganate and its intermediate state compounds can accelerate the decomposition of ozone and compete with bromide ions,thus inhibiting the formation of bromate.Potassium permanganate/ammonia/ozonation can improve the removal efficiency of organic compounds.Is an object with bromine ions in the water,under the influence of different factors,when the concentration of bromide ions in water for 150~300?g/L,permanganate/ammonia bromate formation of ozone oxidation with bromine water all have inhibition effect,bromate formation inhibition rate increased with bromine ion concentration is on the rise,when the concentration of bromide ions is 300?g/L,bromate formation inhibition rate is highest,at 51.4%.As the pHvalue increased from 6 to 9,the inhibition effect of hydrobromide on ozone oxidation was gradually decreased,and the inhibitory effect decreased from 45.8% to 37.7%.When the pH value was 9,there was little difference in the inhibition effect on the formation of ozonated bromate by separate ammonia nitrogen/with permanganate/ammonia.The water temperature is increased from 10? to 40?,bromate production increased.The higher water temperature is not conducive to the production of bromate in ozone oxidation containing bromide.With the increase of the NOM concentration(1~4mg/L),the inhibitory effect of permanganate/ammonia on bromate formation was increased,and the inhibition rate was36.54% when the NOM concentration was 4 mg/L.The study found that the ammonia nitrogen/permanganate system is suitable for the control of the water of the Quehua water plant,the water of the Yuqing water plant,and the formation of bromate in the water of the Xueshan water plant.Under the condition of low concentration of ammonia nitrogen,the inhibition effect of potassium permanganate on the formation of bromate was not high.With the increase of ammonia nitrogen concentration,the inhibition effect of potassium permanganate on the formation of bromate was better.Pre cast with potassium permanganate can inhibit the ozone oxidation magpie China waterworks water,jade qing bromate formation water water,potassium permanganate/ammonia nitrogen system can further improve the effect of bromate formation inhibition,when potassium permanganate dosing quantity is 0.8mg/L,ammonia nitrogen additive amount of 0.3mg/L,the ozone oxidation of jade qing waterworks water bromate formation inhibition effect can reach 70.57%.For low water ammonia nitrogen concentration of snow mountain water,adding the 0.1 ~0.1mg/L potassium permanganate can promote the bromate formation,and the ammonia nitrogen/potassium permanganate system can inhibit the formation of bromate,when potassium permanganate dosing quantity is 0.6mg/L,ammonia nitrogen additive amount of0.3mg/L,bromate generation can control under 10?g/L.
