With the development of urban construction,on the one hand,there are a large number of high-rise buildings and high-rise buildings on the ground.Underground space development,on the other hand,also greatly accelerated,such as basement of high-rise,commercial underground parking,underground mall,underground substation,large subway station,etc.,which makes the excavation of deep foundation pit engineering depth and increasing construction difficulty.And,deep foundation pit engineering is a relatively complicated geotechnical engineering problems,in the process of excavation with uncertainty,often due to the large structure of soil and the retaining wall deformation caused by the engineering accident At the same time,the deep foundation pit excavation is bound to the adjacent buildings,distribution density of underground pipeline and the surrounding roads around the foundation pit protection have influence,therefore,before the project starts,in the process of deep foundation pit excavation supporting structure mechanics analysis is particularly important,not only can estimate in advance the wall deformation and settlement of the earth's surface at the bottom of the foundation pit uplift,etc.,can also in the process of construction of the problems in a timely manner to make correction.Paper jinan metro line R3 new station deep foundation pit engineering,the partition of foundation pit excavation process of underground continuous wall mechanical response is analyzed,by using ABAQUS finite element software to simulate the excavation of three-dimensional,and the analysis results and the actual monitoring data,and its main influencing factors are analyzed.The paper mainly carried out the following aspects:(1)system,the author introduces the characteristics of deep foundation pit engineering,the support form and some deep foundation pit engineering accident type,and the main characteristics of foundation pit excavation and underground continuous wall supporting system research status at home and abroad.(2)the system analyzes the construction and theoretical design of underground continuous wall supporting structure during excavation.Underground continuous wall is introduced as the several construction methods in the process of supporting structure in foundation pit excavation,in the excavation process of underground continuous wall as a supporting structure calculation method and the calculation method of earth pressure on the supporting structure is analyzed.(3)Introduced jinan line R3 new station foundation pit engineering,detailed describes the geological conditions of foundation pit engineering,the surrounding environment,the construction of underground continuous wall and monitoring scheme,and the analysis of monitoring data of excavation depth,it is concluded that the wall horizontal displacement under construction support prestress and space effect,and with the increase of excavation depth,wall maximum displacement gradually moves down,the horizontal displacement curve opening downwards parabola shape(4)Finite element software ABAQUS to underground continuous wall supporting form is used for the deep foundation pit construction process in detail analysis,three dimensional numerical model for foundation pit excavation is established,the stress variation in the foundation pit of soil,underground continuous wall wall lateral deformation and settlement of soil around the foundation pit.The influence of the factors such as the thickness of the underground continuous wall wall,the excavation method of foundation pit and the position of supporting erection are studied.This paper around the foundation pit hierarchical partitioning excavation process of underground continuous wall to conduct the thorough research to the mechanical response,work has a certain theoretical and application value,help to improve the level of the design of foundation pit supporting structure and security,have good social and economic benefits.
