The damage of rut,crack and pit in the early damage of asphalt pavement is serious,and the repair of the pit has also become one of the important contents in the daily maintenance and maintenance work of asphalt pavement.Road workers at home and abroad have made long-term efforts in how to repair the pit in time,effectively,safely and economically.The traditional hot mix asphalt mixture repair method(hot mending method)has the advantages of good construction quality and high durability,but it is not suitable for the repair of the pavement with small dispersing or small pit.It is not only affected by the temperature and the rain and snow weather,but also easily pollutes the natural environment and affects the health of the construction workers during the construction process.In this case,the new cold mending asphalt mixture repair method(cold repair method)has been gradually recognized by the society because of its advantages of timely repair,quick construction and energy saving and environmental protection.At present,many foreign cold filled asphalt mixture additives and their prepared mixtures have good results in road use,but the high price has become an important factor restricting the application of its products to repair pit grooves.Although there are cold related asphalt additives additives at home,most road performance is not ideal.In order to improve this situation,this paper mainly describes a self developed cold filled asphalt mixture additive,which can be used to produce high performance cold filled asphalt mixture with convenient application,all-weather construction and economic durability.This paper first analyzes the performance requirements of the cold filled asphalt mixture from the pit mending,selects the additives for the preparation of the basic material,determines the formula and preparation process of the additives,and first selects the additives prepared under the two processes to prepare the cold patching bitumen and test the viscosity respectively.According to the test results,four kinds of bitumen are selected and selected.The proportion of diluent is based on the test results of the anti stripping effect of the mixed liquid,and the suitable dosage of additives is selected preliminarily.The first selected cold mending asphalt and aggregate are mixed according to the optimum mix ratio design,and the adhesive property of the prepared cold filled asphalt mixture is evaluated.The influence of asphalt / diesel ratio and additive amount on the adhesion of cold filled asphalt mixture is analyzed,and the appropriate proportion of asphalt /diesel oil and the amount of additive are optimized.Then the curing simulation of the cold filled asphalt mixture under the optimum conditions was carried out to evaluate the adhesion of the cold filled asphalt mixture at various curing stages.The test results showed that the adhesion of the mixture increased gradually with the volatilization of the diesel oil during the curing process.The construction and susceptibility test and cohesiveness test of the mixture prepared by two kinds of additives were carried out,and a kind of better additive was selected by comparison.The cost analysis showed that the mixture prepared with the additive had good economic benefit.The outdoor simulation test and engineering application show that the pit cold patching Asphalt mixture prepared by the self-developed cold bitumen additive meets the road performance requirement.
