| Cold patching asphalt mixture is a new kind of pavement pit repair technology material in recent years in China.Cold patching pavement repair technology can save energy,reduce environmental pollution,repair construction is not affected by low temperature,rain and snow season and other climate and environment,repair process is simple,open road traffic early,is gradually recognized by the pavement maintenance market,into the expansion of the scope of application and popularization And the great opportunity period of our country.However,there are some problems in the popularization and application of cold patching materials: the components of cold patching materials are too redundant and complex,which increases the production cost and requires high production technology of cold patching materials.As a result,the price of cold patching materials in the market is too high,and the maintenance department is deterred,which is not conducive to the wide promotion and application of cold patching materials;the water stability is poor,and the road surface water is infiltrated and soaked,so the cold patching materials are loose In the early stage,the strength is not high,and the surface of road repair is sunken after opening to traffic in the early stage,which leads to secondary pavement diseases.In order to solve the main problems,the research aim is to take the problem as the guide,and take the new cold supplement with simple components,excellent water stability and high strength performance.The cold liquid supplement formula is designed and tested.Based on the principle of forming a stable polymer with spatial network structure by wet curing reaction of one component polyurethane,the dilution cold solution is modified.Firstly,according to the material data,the mixing range of single component polyurethane and diluent based on asphalt is determined.By satisfying the three basic characteristics of cold Replenishment: fluidity,adhesion,and the stability of the cold polymer,the cold solution is modified Based on the test results,the mixing range is further reduced to four groups of mixing scheme.Then,the performance test of four groups of cold replenishment,namely shear test,drawing test and storage stability test,is adopted to determine the optimal cold fill formula according to the performance performance,asphalt: one component polyurethane: diluent = 100%: 26%: 40%.Then,the paper studies the gradation structure type suitable for the optimal cold filling.Through the analysis of the forming process of cold fill,and the research of forming theory and structure porosity,the paper selects LB-13,AM-13 and AC-13 which are commonly used for cold filling to test,so as to determine the best grading type of refrigeration replenishment,it is LB-13.The optimum cold fill amount is determined by the empirical formula,which is used to estimate the ratio of oil to stone,and the design method of hot mix asphalt mixture is used to verify the predicted ratio,it is 5.1%.Secondly,the performance of cold patching developed in this paper is evaluated.The test results of construction and workability,strength performance,cohesion,water stability,high temperature stability and low temperature stability are analyzed.The comparison and evaluation with other brands of cold supplement can be obtained from the conclusion that the main cold supplement has excellent performance in pavement performance.Finally,according to the material characteristics of the cold patching fluid,the process of the self-developed cold patching material is studied,and the whole process process system of cold patching material is established,including indoor and outdoor production process,storage process and construction process,which can provide certain guidance for the actual production,storage and construction of cold patching material.At the same time,the cost of developing cold patching fluid is estimated,the cost is 450.46 yuan / ton.and compared with the mainstream brand cold patching material in the market,and the economic benefit is analyzed.It can be concluded that the cold patching material developed in this paper has high performance and reasonable cost,and has practical significance to solve the problem of pit repair. |
