Urban Park Greenland is an important part of the city.A park green space with a certain scale can not only provides the city with the functions of relieving the heat island effect,regulates the local microclimate,improving the ecological environment,but also provides good entertainment and leisure services for the surrounding residents,and it's the important ways to improve the quality of life of the people and to maintain the sustainable development of the city.Choosing suitable evaluation and analysis methods can provide effective assistance for the construction and reconstruction of urban parks.At present,the evaluation of urban parks differs in terms of areas and uses.The method and focus are also different.Taking into account the spatial nature of urban parks,this paper attempts to combine the cooling function of urban parks to alleviate the heat island effect,and the use of functions of urban park to make residents enjoy it expediently,and to study the spatial evaluation of the service functions of a certain scale of urban parks in Kaifeng City.This article selects the existing built-up areas in Kaifeng City as the research area.The two phases of data in 2009 and 2015 are used as comparative analysis contents to obtain high-resolution remote sensing images to obtain basic surface information such as roads,land types,and park locations.At the same time,through the surface temperature inversion method of Landsat remote sensing images,the surface temperature corresponding to the two phases of data is obtained.The analysis of cooling function mainly adopts the degree of cooling and cooling range as the evaluation content.The average temperature of surface construction land on the day,as well as the increase in temperature along with the buffer zone radius,and the inverse growth of temperature,are used as criteria for determining the degree and scope of cooling.Using the network analysis method to analyze the accessibility of the park,build a network dataset based on the urban road network,and use 3 minutes as the gradient in 0-15 minutes,and select 5 intervals to obtain the service area model of each park.Finally,through spatial superposition processing,the function and temperature-reducing functions are merged to divide the standard into 0-10,and the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the service functions of the city park are conducted.The results show that in the selected nine urban parks,from the spatial point of view,the service function space model of Baogonghu scenic spot is the best,so that all residents who can enjoy the cooling function around can all enjoy the use of functions.From the perspective of service function coverage,the radius of the service functions of the park green area and the West Lake area has been relatively large,and is significantly higher than that of other scenic spots.From the perspective of spatial evaluation scores,only the highest evaluation score of the West Lake Scenic Spot reaches a perfect score of 10,which has a relatively strong service function.According to the analysis results,it can be seen that urban parks in Kaifeng urban area do have a significant alleviation effect on the heat island effect,and the strength of the mitigation has a close relationship with the composition of the ground in the park.The urban parks or scenic spots where water is the main body can significantly reduce the surface temperature,and the influence of vegetation or humanistic buildings combined with the urban parks or scenic spots on the surface temperature is less.In addition,accessibility coverage is greater in areas with dense roads and accessibility that is limited in areas with few roads and poor accessibility;and open parks have good accessibility.The residents around the city can enjoy the social services of the city park conveniently and quickly.By comparing the results of the two periods of 2009 and 2015,the area covered by the service functions of urban parks in the entire study area in 2015 was increased by 1077.43 hectares,an increase of 105.73%.This shows that the Kaifeng municipal government has also actively improved the economy while also further improving the quality of life of the people in recent years.By combining the cooling function of the urban park to alleviate the heat island effect and the accessibility of the urban park,a more comprehensive analysis of the construction and use of urban parks was conducted.From this,the characteristics of the city park's service function were found to be strong,and the reasons for the weaker service function and the uneven distribution of urban parks in the study area have been identified,providing reference and suggestions for the relevant departments in improving the construction of urban parks so that the urban parks can provide high-quality and more efficient services.
