With the intensifying problems of energy shortage, environmental pollution, and increasing electric demand, distributed generations(DGs)have been developed and applied rapidly. However, the type, capacity, and location of DG will affect the safety and voltage of power system. Also, the output of DG is influenced greatly by the weather, season, environment, and other factors. In addition, with the rapid growth of DG capacity in China, some problems such as energy consumption and abandoning wind and solar power, have become more and more serious. Therefore, the research on DG optimal allocation considering local consumption and power export is necessary for the rational allocation of resources and the efficient utilization of DG.In this paper, the research background of energy and environment,as well as the research situation of energy consumption, abandoning wind and solar power, and distributed renewable energy of high penetration are summarized firstly. Also, the effect of DG to the safety and voltage of power system is introduced. Then, the seasonal and timing characteristics of different types of DGs and load are analyzed, and the local consumption of load demand, the redundant power of DG,and the power export potential of distribution network are quantitative calculated. In this context, the multi-objective model of DG optimal allocation is established, which is solved through the typical scenarios analysis method and the software GAMS,and then the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method are validated via the IEEE 33-bus test system. On this basis, the related theory is improved combining with the actual situation of the redundant power export, then the dual network coupling model as well as the method of power export are proposed, and the optimal placement of distributed generations considering local consumption and power export in dual network coupling system is researched. Moreover, the corresponding model of DG optimal allocation considering power export in dual network coupling system is established, which is analyzed through the typical scenarios analysis method and the software GAMS.Finally, through the IEEE 33-bus test system and IEEE30-bus test system,it is validated that the DG optimal placement considering local consumption and power export is of great significance to the economic benefit of power system, the application of practical engineering,as well as the planning scheme and penetration of DG.
