With the rapid development of China's automobile industry,the application of motorcycles has become more widespread.However,China's motorcycle industry has started late,the level of technology is lagging behind,and along with the energy crisis,environmental pollution and traffic congestion and other issues have emerged,people on the motorcycle Car engine performance requirements are higher.In this paper,a company's 180-litre gasoline engine for motorcycles is taken as the research object.Through optimization and matching of the gasoline engine's compression ratio,intake and exhaust system,and valve train structure,its charging efficiency and dynamic performance are improved.Reduce fuel consumption.The main innovations and research work are expressrd as follows:(1)First,we carried out a bench test,air flow steady flow test,valve lift and mechanical loss tests,and intake and exhaust pressure fluctuation tests on gasoline engines.Based on experimental data,a one-dimensional simulation calculation model of the original machine was built using GT-Power software.,and calibrate the model through test data such as power and torque..(2)In order to improve the power and economic performance of the gasoline engine,a calibrated model was used to simulate the effects of compression ratio,intake and exhaust system,and valve train on the performance of the gasoline engine,and the influence rules were summed up to optimize the structure.The research shows that the compression ratio of the cylinder head can be increased to 10.5 within the allowable range of the cylinder head material,which can improve the dynamics and economy of the gasoline engine in the range of speeds involved in this article;on the basis of improving the compression ratio,it has The intake and exhaust system and the cam profile that affect the engine's working process were optimized to improve the intake process of the gasoline engine and achieve the desired results.(3)The final result shows that under the premise of minor changes to the structure of the original gasoline engine,only the relevant structural parameters of the gasoline engine can be optimized,which can greatly improve the dynamics and economy of the original engine.Compared with the original machine,its maximum power was increased from the original 9.726 kW to 10.833 kW,the maximum torque was increased from the original 12.956N·m to 13.801N·m,respectively increased by 11.37%and 6.5%,the lowest effective fuel consumption rate by The reduction of 269.9326g/kW·h in the original machine to 257.615g/kW·h reached 4.5%,which is of certain reference value for the further optimization of the engine.
