The hydraulically interconnected suspension system,because of its unique four-wheel interconnected mode,makes the model movement decoupling and greatly improves the comprehensive performance of the vehicle,causing widespread concern at home and abroad.In the past,scholars focused on the characteristics of HIS and its impact on vehicle performance.However,there are few studies about effect of bouth the optimization of mechanical parameters and hydraulic parameters on HIS vehicle performance.This paper combines with engineering practice,the damping valve model of Anti-roll HIS is consummated.And the influence of original spring stiffness optimization on ride comfort of Anti-roll HIS vehicle is compared and analyzed.At last,this paper puts forward the optimization method of vehicle considering ride comfort and stability.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the damping mechanism of the hydraulic interconnected suspension system,this paper studies the modeling method of the damping valve.Based on AMESim,physical model of the damping valve is built and the model verification is completed.Finally,the influence of the key parameters of the valve spool on the damping characteristics is analyzed and simulated.(2)Based on the theoretical derivation of body motion mode,the influence of hydraulic parameters on the stiffness or torque produced under different modes in Anti-roll HIS is analyzed and simulated.It is shown that Anti-roll HIS can provide a certain degree of nonlinear vertical stiffness.At the same time,the distribution of oil flow in each oil port of HIS under different modes is studied.The decoupling mechanism of vertical damping and roll damping is analyzed.(3)Based on vehicle dynamics,the paper establishes a combined simulation model of vehicle matching Anti-roll HIS through AMESim/Trucksim/Simulink platform,and the simulation analysis is carried out under different working conditions.The simulation results are compared with test on the stability of the model car,and the correctness of the model is verified.(4)Based on the vehicle model,the paper discusses the effect on ride performance of Anti-roll HIS vehicle by reducing the stiffness of the original vehicle.The influence of different reduction of stiffness of original vehicle spring on vehicle ride comfort and handling stability is analyzed and compared.At the same time,the effect of the roll damping on the stability of the vehicle is analyzed,Based on vehicle ride comfort,the optimal design method of Anti-roll HIS parameters for stiffness reduction of original vehicle springs is proposed.The simulation results show that the vehicle improves the ride comfort to a certain extent under the premise of guaranteeing the handling and stability of the vehicle.To sum up,on the basis of previous research on HIS,this paper perfects the nonlinear physical model of HIS damping valve,and puts forward the optimization design method about ride comfort of Anti-roll HIS vehicle.The results of this paper have good engineering reference value.
