| The vibration and the noise size is the washer performance important target, but the suspension system fit and unfit quality have the direct influence regarding the washer vibration question.The vibration of a washing machine is transferred by the suspension system, and the characteristic of the suspension system has a great impact on the dynamic amplitude of a washing machine. The mode of the suspension system damping is belong to nonlinear shock absorber damping, so it is important to grip the dynamic characteristic for doping out the vibration response and ameliorating shock absorber.Including the alteration on a suspension system, design of a assistant clamp, sensor select and fixing, choosing the power and date collection system, a system was designed. In order to learn the relation between the suspension system performance and the capillary tube, frequency, amplitude and the beginning position, much orthogonal experiment has been done; static state and dynamic study was also done for the two suspension system which were employed generally.The experiment results shows that the dynamic characteristic of the suspension system is determine by the Coulomb damping, and the air damping is lesser. So we have a further theory study on the suspension system who has capillary tube. A mathematical mode was found for the suspension system by it's work principle and the source of the damp. The relation between the dynamic characteristic and the parameter of main structure is expounded in the mode; and the mode was validated using the experiment results. Equivalent damping coefficient is put forward, which is change by the amplitude and the beginning position.ADAMS computer simulation model is found for the parameter optimization. During the process, a new method was been used, instead of assumption the damping coefficient as constant, damping force was put in the model directly. The simulation result with different parameter is compared; optimize model with the optimize parameter.The result will be able to provide the powerful support to the washer suspension system actual design, might avoid testing blindly, reduces the work load, will reduce product greatly the design development cycle. |
