Compressor is a kind of equipment which can increase the gas pressure to provide power for other equipment,and can also be used as large mechanical transmission equipment for transmission gas.Industrial production requires compressor to work in a long time,in the process of operation,the compressor often fails,which not only affects the production efficiency but also causes huge losses in serious cases.Therefore,it is particularly important to monitor and control the condition of the compressor.The research topic is the development and application of 2D-90 reciprocating compressor monitoring and control system,the specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,in this paper,the system composition and working principle of reciprocating compressor are expounded and the functional requirements and technical specifications of 2D-90 reciprocating compressor are analyzed.The overall design of the monitoring and control system is based on the monitoring of thermal performance parameters and valve fault diagnosis as the main function.Secondly,it realizes the hardware and software design of the lower computer monitoring system.The composition of each function module of the monitoring system is determined,and the design of PLC and monitoring elements and actuators are completed.According to the technical requirements of the lower computer PLC,the software design of the monitoring system of the lower computer is completed.The upper computer monitoring system is developed based on Visual Basic6.0 software,which realizes the serial communication with the lower computer and the monitoring and control function of the compressor state parameters.Finally,the thermal performance parameters(temperature,pressure,flow)of the 2D-90 reciprocating compressor were collected based on the developed monitoring system.Through the analysis and processing of characteristic data,the possible fault types of the vent valve are obtained.The experimental results show that the system can monitor and diagnose the running status of the equipment in real time,which providesthe necessary data support and guarantee for the safe and continuous operation of the equipment.
