As one of the important energy sources,electricity is very important to the development of social economy and People's Daily life.By analyzing the causes of the loss of power resources,it can be found that the high technology theft is one of the important reasons for the high wire loss rate,which also makes the power loss larger.Power theft present high-tech,previous use power theft are relatively simple technique,and in recent years,using high-tech means to power is relatively hidden,not easy to be found,it gives the power work brought great di:fficulties.It is a key issue that the power sector has been concerned about how to reduce or even eliminate the illegal theft.Many jurisdictions power company is facing the situation of the high power rate,the traditional inverse power method not only consume large amounts of manpower material resources,also will ignore the important data in the process of blind screening information,make the power efficiency is low,harvested little.In this paper,by analyzing the current status of the power and manage means,combined with the counter measures of Heze electric power company,analyze the Heze anti power status and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,the main research contents as follows:analyze the Heze power means.In this paper,the methods and principles of the most current kinds of stealing are studied,and the harm of the theft and the loss of economic benefit are analyzed.It can be seen that with the development of science and technology,power technology also gradually incline to science and technology,presents the development trend of diversification,concealment is also growing,the blow for power difficulty is also increase,need more study of inverse power method,protect the interests of the people's life and property and maintenance of power supply company economic benefits,guarantee the harmonious development of society.This paper analyzes the electricity information collection system of Heze city.Of Heze power management situation and take technology were analyzed,and then put forward the construction of user data acquisition system,through the analysis of the demand of Heze electric power department's power,build the user the overall architecture of the data acquisition system,and to carry out specific analysis on its function.To the function of user information acquisition system has carried on the concrete implementation,using the system measuring on-line monitoring function abnormal,user data analysis function,line loss analysis function can provide technology and data support for the reverse power work,staff to be able to discover electricity anomalies in time,accordingly improve the power efficiency.To line loss analysis of users' information acquisition system at the same time abnormal data analysis algorithm is studied,by getting the situation exception events,such as a power differential,loss of flow pressure loss,etc.,combined with the feature of passing power theft and users,the change of the field data,analysis of power load and power consumption way of the difference of curve,adopt different judgment model,according to the model calculation results more comprehensive judgement user exception;This paper analyzes the anti-theft application of power information acquisition system in Heze power company.The system can collect in power,load monitoring,and line loss management,bus power balance analysis has been widely applied,to a great extent,enhance the accuracy of data checking,through the system after data analysis,more accurately determine the power user goals,and thus improve the whole efficiency of the staff,reduce the cost of electric power company's power.
