The power-stealing is serious for a long time. With the increasing of load, power-stealing has more and more different means. Although the power supply bureau has made great efforts to prevent from this, the condition is no better. Meanwhile the methods to power-stealing are advanced. Whereas the detecting methods are deficient, the tampering actions are becoming more and more serious. The phenomenon of power-stealing has caused tremendous loss. By comparison the later one is more harmful, it does not only result in economic loss, but also places a premium on the social instability and breaks the social economic order, endangers the safe movements of the electric net.The consequence of power-stealing is serious and the social influence is bad. The power failure and even the serious accident all reflect this phenomenon. Some places appear short-circuit because of power-stealing, some cause the fire. Statistics indicate, the casualty and the fire accident, nearly 30% was caused by power-stealing. Because of the more and more serious phenomenon, the electricity price has been raised.In view of these situations, this paper breaks through the traditional limits. It has a view to the measuring equipments only. The new research prevents electricity stealing system from the headstream. And this paper mainly deals with owing the electric fee, defaulting on the regulations. It proposes a synthesized system against stealing the electricity. First it analyses the actual system of preventing stealing electricity and proposes some methods to deal with the situation. In addition, this paper penetrates deeply from many aspect. For example, line loss, customer behavior, etc.In view of the situation which above appears, this article breaks through merely has formerly focused in anti power-stealing. According to formerly anti power-stealing the electricity technology the implementation to indicate, the majority anti power-stealing the electricity method to have certain limitation.
