The advantages of natural gas and the upgrading demand change of energy structure,make make natural gas more and more important in the structure of primary energy use.As an effective way to use natural gas,the market share of high power gas generator is increasing.The research object of this paper is a 12V190 high-power premixed natural gas engine.The purpose of the research is to build a 12V190 natural gas engine control strategy simulation platform,realize the simulation of the engine's steady state and transient conditions,verify the reliability of the simulation platform,and simulate the platform.Conduct research on control strategies.The research work was conducted through the combination of experimental test analysis and simulation analysis.In this paper,a steady-state simulation model of 12V190 natural gas engine is built.According to the structural parameters and the cylinder pressure curve,the steady-state operating conditions are simulated.For the accuracy of the engine simulation model,a test bench was built,data acquisition was performed.The simulation results are compared with experimental data to verify the feasibility of the simulation model.Based on the steady-state simulation model,combined with multiple sets of transient working conditions,the engine model is processed.Through experimental measurements,the flow of air-fuel mixture and the variation of air-fuel ratio during transient conditions were analyzed.In this paper,the engine transient model is coupled with the simulink control strategy analysis software to establish a 12V190 engine control strategy simulation platform,which realizes the simulation of transient conditions.Combining transient test data,the transient simulation of the control strategy simulation platform was verified.At the same time,the air-fuel ratio control strategy of the natural gas engine was studied.The research work of the control strategy simulation platform for this topic can provide reference for the development and improvement of control strategies for high power gas engines.
