The friction performance test rig is to test the hydraulic clutch and the friction plate and do a performance test rig,which hydraulic clutch in the axial load certain friction force,the friction plate in the hydraulic clutch needs to be lubricated.Which test the flow through the friction plate in the process to lubrication.Because these two tests require different hydraulic oil medium,loading force hydraulic control system and lubrication hydraulic control system are designed respectively to meet different test indexes.First,it introduces the background,significance and purpose of the research,and expounds the research trends of this kind of test platform at home and abroad and the main research contents of this subject.According to the performance index detected by the test bench and working process,the hydraulic principle plan of loading force control system and lubrication control system is studied,and the reasonable selection of hydraulic components is carried out.The mathematical model of the closed loop control system of the hydraulic system loading force and the mathematical model of the closed loop flow control system of the hydraulic system lubrication are established,and the transfer functions of each part of the system are derived respectively push and draw the open loop transfer function Bode diagram,and determine the stability of the system.The simulation model of proportional servo valve is established by AMESim simulation software,and its dynamic and static characteristics are analyzed to match the selected samples.Different servo valve models are added to the loading force control system and lubrication control system respectively,and closed loop force control system and closed loop flow control system are established respectively The dynamic characteristics and error characteristics is analyzed in the system,which found that the performance index did not meet the requirements.Through the simulation of the model of a good closed loop control system,the dynamic characteristics of the system are analyzed,and the steady state analysis is carried out.PID correction and fuzzy control are used to improve the accuracy of the system output,so that the model can meet the requirements of the technical index in theory,thus proving the feasibility and practicality of the hydraulic control system of the friction test table.nature.
