Remanufacturing engineering,as a new development direction of manufacturing,is of great significance for the nation circular economy development.The cleaning for the blank pieces occupies an important position,which is the one crucial step of the basic link.Molten-salt cleaning technology has many advantages,such as high working temperature,high cleaning efficiency and low rate of generating waste,this paper composites the ultrasonic cleaning technology with molten-salt cleaning technology,which can provide steadily vibration and mixing effect for the molten salt cleaning so as to promote the dirt decomposition,improves the efficiency of remanufacturing cleaning.As our country gradually pays attention to the remanufacturing industry and remanufacturing engineering has become an important component of country's policies of energy saving,resource and environmental crisis alleviating and the circular economy development.This paper has analyzed the development of the remanufacturing cleaning and its development trend,and then the ultrasonic-molten salt compound cleaning technology was proposed.And by taking remanufacturing paint blank piece as the research object,determining the molten salt formula suitable for the paints cleaning.After studying the physical and chemical properties of molten salt and analyzing the simulation modeling of sound field under different parameters,the optimal parameters of the ultrasonic-molten salt compound cleaning equipment is made out.At last,through carrying out the cleaning experiments for different types of paint parts,confirming the optimal technological parameters,so that this cleaning method realizes the high efficiency,environmental protection and low cost of the cleaning,which greatly promotes the remanufacturing of ultrasonic-molten salt compound cleaning technology development and industrial application.This paper firstly analyzes the main composition,surface morphology and its physical and chemical properties of the paint parts,at the same time,based on the existing molten salt cleaning formula,determines the molten salt formula that is suitable for the paint cleaning to reduce the molten salt melting point and improve the stability of the molten salt.Based on the new molten salt formula,its key parameters such as specific heat,viscosity and density at about 300? are analyzed,so as to support for simulation modeling parameters.In this paper,the dimension of the three dimensional simulation model is established,which is suitable for the remanufacturing of the ultrasonic-molten salt compound cleaning.In order to overall reflect the acoustic field distribution in the cleaning tank,selecting the section of sound field evaluation.Using Comsol Multiphysics software to study the simulation results under the condition of the different ultrasonic oscillator configuration parameters and frequency of sound field distribution at 300 ?temperature.According to the simulation results,making the compound cleaning parameter optimization,so that provides a theoretical guidance to the actual development of remanufacturing ultrasonic-molten salt compound cleaning equipment.And comparing with the difference between the actual sound field and the simulated acoustic field by the aluminum foil etching method,the accuracy of the simulation results is verified.Finally,by cooperating with XCMG Construction Machinery,research group preliminary develops the ultrasonic-molten salt compound cleaning equipment,which is suitable for the remanufacturing industry.And this paper optimizes the process parameters of the ultrasonic-molten salt compound cleaning by using the cleaning equipment.Using the experimental design of the central composite with the Minitab software to optimize the process parameters of cleaning temperature and power,which respectively selects four kinds of typical remanufacturing painters(end cover,inner gear,gear ring,cylinder,hydraulic valve).And with the optimization analysis finally get the shortest cleaning cycles and maximum cleaning force corresponding to the temperature and ultrasonic power parameters.
