Mechanics Analysis Of Carrier Pile Foundation In The Engineering

Along with the rapid development of Chinese economy in the cities,more and more high-rise buildings built rapidly,building on the basis of the whole building occupies a large proportion of the cost.Therefore,how to choose the base type to ensure safety,energy conservation and emissions reduction to play the role is very important.So the construction enterprise,survey and design departments and science and technology research institute and other units of the foundation,especially the pile foundation construction process and construction method,there is a much more special inquiry and judgment,all kinds of pile type and the construction method also occurs.Carrier pile is a relatively new special technology,it has changed the traditional methods of ground treatment,select the lower position on stability,localized hard as force and the consolidation of soil,with the pile endpoint soil as the research object,on the basis of expanding bottom pile invented a new type of pile end and demolition into expanding head of pile type.In practical engineering,the construction trash pickup is to solve the problem,and can protect the environment,and reduce the raw materials,to reduce the engineering cost,achieve the goal of shortening the time limit for a project,and have higher bearing capacity and safety efficiency and has high social and economic benefits.This paper briefly introduces the development and application of carrier pile,and studies the present situation at home and abroad.According to the basic theory of nonlinear finite element,analyses the differences of pile soil due to the material nonlinear contact problem,the analysis model is established by using ANSYS software,and the specific simulation calculation parameters,the analysis of the stress mechanism of carrier pile,the pile lateral soil,the deformation of the bearing capacity and settlement of and factors,it is concluded that the effect of load and the international airport's influence on the settlement and bearing capacity of piles and soil,etc.Combined with practical engineering,according to the geotechnical investigation report using the carrier pile design specification(JGJ135-2007)recommended by theoretical formula to calculate the pile ultimate bearing capacity and settlement,and compared with the static load test results,to make it in conformity with the actual situation.Compared with expanded bore piles,the advantages and disadvantages of carrier pile conclusions.Carrier paper also mentions the problems that should be paid attention to in the construction of pile and economy analysis,for the carrier of piles in silty clay layer design,testing and construction has certain reference function.
