The Landscape Reconstruction Design Of Historical And Cultural Blocks Of Taiping Street From The Perspective Of Changsha Nursery Rhyme

Historical and cultural districts,the most characteristic area in the historic and cultural cities,stand for the traditional layout and historical features of historic cities,and uphold their profound cultural deposits.Historical and cultural districts,as a carrier to inherit a city's spirit,record people-to-people exchanges and established social association,which could be regarded as a kind of valuable treasury.As an unique historic heritage,historical and cultural districts are always seen as the route,soul and life of a city.Nursery rhymes,as the social product in certain,play an essential role in reflecting real living scene at that time.They enjoy educational,humanistic,historical and aesthetic values which are authentic,natural,attractive and interesting.Changsha nursery rhymes,as a kind of nursery rhymes in specific region,are capable of embodying historical and cultural district.Changsha nursery rhymes are not only widespread in Changsha,but also disseminated in other areas.Besides their specific merits in geography,Changsha nursery rhymes are worth studying in terms of its hidden values and significance.Based on Changsha nursery rhymes,this paper studies landscape space of historical and cultural districts from the aspect of the design of renovation.In addition,taking the landscape space of Historical and cultural blocks of Taiping Street in Changsha as an example,this paper analyzes its current situation from the perspectives of architecture styles,block space and population though the application of literature search,case analysis,field research and practice of design.What's more,by combining space intention and adoptable elements and analyzing the scale space of interpersonal communication in Changsha nursery rhymes,this paper makes a conclusion on the key points and direction of the landscape space of Taiping Historic District from the perspective of Changsha nursery rhymes.Results are as follows.(1)Theoretical researches and empirical analysis show that comprehensive protection and people's participation is essential and important on the protection and upgrading of relevant historical and cultural districts.Such protection not only inherits and develops physical environment,but also safeguards the layout of social network.It not only continues the spirit reflected in the sites of historical and cultural districts,but promotes the sustainable development of material and intangible cultural heritage.In addition,as for specific renovation strategy,progressive upgrading mode with small scale is suitable for complex-constructed blocks with uneven distribution.The intervention of urban catalysts as a kind of medium like catalyst could bring vitality to the upgrading and improvement of environment in blocks.However,such catalyst must stem from local area,stand fro local people and take a leading role in current situation.In addition,the organic renewal theory suggests upgrading should be based on the morphology of the city and handle its situation at present and in the future by adopting appropriate scale,content and requirements of renovation,in order to foster the improvement of overall environment and organic upgrading.These two principles and three basic theories provide support in theory and strategy for the renovation design of the landscape space of historical and cultural districts.(2)Survey demonstrates that there are many problems existing in Taiping Historic District,like the ignored historic landscape,its advantages not brought into full play,cultural and living function terribly performed due to commercialization,poor quality of outstanding historic architectures,discontinuous cultural inheritage,gradual lagging of excellent historic architectures,backward infrastructure,incomplete living function,occupying public place owing to unauthorized building,terrible environment,undue protection of cultural relics and historic sites and uncomfortable walking experience.All of these conditions reflects common situation in historic and cultural sites,and demonstrates that,in the process of developing social economy,due attention has not been paid to them and cultural inheritage there is limited.In addition,all phenomena shows that the conflict on lifestyle between modern society and historic blocks is increasing,and people in historical and cultural districts do not lead a high-quality life.Relevant datum,written words,pictures and other materials are the most basic and important premise for further practicing renovation design.(3)Based on the content of Changsha nursery rhymes,this paper demonstrates the space intention of different Changsha nursery rhymes and finds some elements about people's daily life and traditional customs in Changsha.Contents of Changsha nursery rhymes are various,including family issues,local customs,real stories and imagination.The key point is that these rhymes,as important tool to express Changsha people's idea and play games are the vivid reflection of life and local features.These local features as urban catalyst is very suitable for intervening renovation of historical and cultural districts,promoting the upgrading of landscape space of blocks by using it as a stimulant.(4)Taking Historical and cultural blocks of Taiping Street in Changsha as an example plus all conclusions attempting to make renovation design on landscape space from the aspect of Changsha nursery rhymes,this paper gives a more enriched and specifically explained theory.All above results show that nursery rhymes,recording locals' language,lifestyle,unique place name and things and reflecting their way of thinking and expression,customs and emotion,are valuable cultural inheritage in the world and great materials to study local culture.As for historic and cultural districts,culture of nursery rhymes is really a great source to be explored in renovation.In such a time when tearing down,building and blindly imitating historic and cultural districts prevails and cultural and their living function could not be realized because of the over pouring of foreign businesses,nursery rhymes,as intangible cultural relics,are a good remedy to make up for losses in time.
