Research On Environmental Regulation Strategies Of Historical And Cultural Blocks In The New Era

The environment of historical and cultural districts has always been an important part of the protection of human cultural heritage at home and abroad.The protection of historical and cultural blocks has been protected by various means,such as first-aid repair,function optimization and improvement,and adaptive transformation.The 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)first proposed the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,marking a huge historic improvement in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the face of the improvement of economy,culture,environment and technology in the new era,the protection of historical and cultural blocks is facing new challenges.With the arrival of the new era,general secretary Xi jinping has delivered many important speeches on the protection and utilization of cultural heritage: "we should earnestly strengthen the protection of cultural relics,promote the rational and appropriate utilization of cultural relics,and make the achievements of cultural heritage protection more beneficial to the people." "History and culture are the soul of a city.We should protect the city's historical and cultural heritage as we cherish our own lives." The protection and utilization of historical and cultural blocks put forward new requirements in the new era.Tunxi Old Street Historical and Cultural Street is a famous historical and cultural street that contains the unique memory of the ancient Huizhou of the Chinese nation.From the perspective of the new era,this article studies the new methods of environmental improvement of historical and cultural blocks.Taking the historical and cultural blocks of Tunxi Old Street as an example,it analyzes the environmental elements of historical and cultural blocks in the new era,analyzes the components of the historical block environment and the characteristics of the new era,and explores the influencing factors of the new era of environmental improvement of historical blocks.Based on the basic research method of “current situation-analysis-problem-countermeasure-practice”,on the basis of grasping the historical environmental remediation history of historical and cultural blocks,combined with the current protection planning and policy norms of historical blocks,aiming at the existing problems of environmental remediation of historical and cultural blocks,Put forward the principles and strategies of environmental improvement of historical and cultural blocks in the new era.In addition,through the practical research on the Binjiang Road plot of Tunxi Old Street historical and cultural block,the feasibility of the new era environmental remediation strategy of historical block is verified,so as to provide reference for the new era environmental remediation of other historical and cultural blocks.Figure 63 table 3 reference 62...
