The problem of energy exhaustion is becoming more and more prominent,which makes energy saving and efficiency become the main way to solve the problem.The motor drives most of the mechanical transmission equipment in the world,and energy saving and efficiency is an important index to evaluate the performance of the motor.Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motor(Permanent all Brushless DC Motor,PM BLDCM),as a representative of the main efficient Motor has higher power density,high efficiency,fast dynamic torque corresponding such outstanding advantages,therefore widely used in various fields.This paper is based on the research object of permanent magnet brushless dc motor with high performance vector control strategy.This paper studies the model based on low resolution switch hall position sensor brushless motor vector control strategy of rotor position Angle estimation and related issues,to improve the control performance of permanent magnet brushless dc,reduce the manufacturing cost and broaden its application fields,etc,is of great significance.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic mathematical model of permanent magnet brushless dc motor based on the basic structure and operating principle of permanent magnet brushless dc motor.Then the basic idea of vector control strategy,coordinate transformation theory,transformation matrix and common vector control strategy are discussed in detail.Finally,the block diagram of the vector control system of permanent magnet brushless dc motor based on rotor field orientation is given.Secondly,the vector control system for BLDCM give attention to two or morethings advantages such as low cost,good control performance,combined with common model based on low resolution switch hall position sensor of the rotor position Angle estimation method,this paper proposes a forecast based on interval time modified rotor position Angle estimation methods,this method is applied to the vector control system of BLDCM effect is good.In order to improve the estimation accuracy,the estimation error of the proposed method is analyzed in detail,and an incremental linear correction method is given.At the same time,in view of the permanent magnet brushless dc motor vector control system of the startup mode has carried on the detailed discussion,according to the actual project analysis was made on the problems of high power permanent magnet brushless dc motor of the hall by the stator starting current disorder magnetic interference problem solution is given.Finally,using the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation platform based on the modified rotor position Angle estimation method of permanent magnet brushless dc motor vector control system simulation model is set up,according to the simulation results under different working conditions are analyzed in detail,to verify the correctness and effectiveness of proposed method theory.On this basis,the realization mode,software algorithm and specific flow chart and test platform of the control system hardware circuit based on TI company TMS320F28335 are described in detail.Furthermore,the experimental results of a 2kW permanent magnet brushless dc motor were experimentally verified,and the validity and feasibility of the proposed algorithm were verified by the result analysis.
