With the rapid development of the scale of the power system and the advance of electric power reform,the quantity of electricity,new energy and direct supply in the medium and long term is increasing gradually.The operation of power grid has become more and more complex.The maximization of the economic efficiency of power transaction will push the power grid running point to the edge of safety continuously,threatening the safe operation of the power grid.The grid generation plan must be considered more comprehensively and carefully than before.As the connection between the daily power generation plan and the quarterly power generation plan,the monthly power generation plan can better reflect the optimal allocation of resources.Under the background of the gradual increase of the long?term trading capacity in the electricity market reform,the security and executability of the monthly power generation plan will face new challenges.Safety checking methods and models are of great theoretical and practical significance for improving the safety and efficiency of power grid.On the basis of relevant theory research,in view of the key requirements and difficulties of safety checking,this paper has carried out deep and meticulous research work,creatively put forward the method of combining the combination of the monthly set and the transmission network security,and built a security check and optimization model based on the monthly power generation plan,and realized the generation plan.The overall safety check and adjustment of the two levels of transmission and transmission.From the published literature,it is known that the existing security checking method of the monthly power generation plan is mainly to judge whether the transmission line is satisfied with the security constraints,and this method directly checks the whole month's power generation and is relatively rough.This paper,based on the principle of monthly unit combination,takes day as an optimal time period.Under the premise of considering various power generation security constraints,the starting and stopping plan and output plan of the unit are more carefully and reasonably arranged to.realize the safety check of the generation plan in the”power generation" level,which can meet the requirements of the power production and the calculation performance.The interconnection of power grids and the establishment of regional electricity markets have put forward higher requirements for the security of transmission networks.On the basis of the power grid security partition,this model quantifies the transmission capacity of the contact line between each security zone,and checks the transmission capacity of the contact line to meet the transmission security constraints and ensure the reliability of the transmission,thus realizing the safety of the power generation plan at the "transmission" level.Check.The security check and optimization model of the monthly power generation plan set up in this paper takes the minimum generating schedule deviation and the starting cost as the objective function.At the same time considering the power generation economy,the generating capacity of the unit is close to the planned quantity of electricity,and the schedule of the electricity plan is ensured,thus the executability of the plan is improved.As the solution of the model involves both continuous and discrete variables,it is a large-scale mixed integer optimization problem.In this paper,the original dual interior point method and the mixed integer programming(MIP)algorithm can be used to solve the model effectively.The model built in this paper has been applied to Hunan power grid,and the results can meet the actual needs of power dispatching,and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.Through the improvement of the related theories,the security check and optimization model based on the monthly power generation plan can provide a new way of thinking for the security check of the medium and long term power generation plan.
