With the development of urban distribution network,the capacitance current of the system is increasing rapidly,and the way of grounding by de-arc coil can not meet the requirement of reliable de-arc.In recent years,the method of grounding the neutral point through the transfer-type de-arc device has been widely concerned and applied.Based on the analysis of the test conditions of the transfer type arc cancellation device,the initial design of the simulation test network is improved.A fault simulation method and a test method equivalent to the real distribution network operating condition are designed.Firstly,the paper analyzes the fault treatment methods and the development status of distribution network test platform,and points out the shortcomings of the empirical study of fault treatment methods and the limitations of the test conditions of distribution network test platform.Secondly,the initial design and real distribution network are analyzed,and the difference between the substation,network structure and operating condition and real distribution network is put forward,and the design of substation and network structure is improved according to this problem.The application function of the improved simulation test network for distribution truth-value is improved.Finally,a single-phase grounding fault treatment test is carried out for a transfer fault cancellation device.The test results show that when the first end failure occurs,when the fault phase is misjudged and the non-fault phase is grounded,a further Transformer short-circuit fault will occur.The improved distribution truth-value simulation test network,which can simulate the operating conditions of real distribution network and distribution network faults,has been applied to the function test of many fault handling devices,and has good operation effect.It has been named by the National grid company as the National grid distribution system intelligent application and key equipment combined laboratory,and is the first company level laboratory in the distribution network specialized field named by the fourth batch of the National grid company.
