| Currently,medical endoscope is widely used in noninvasive or minimally invasive surgery.For the problem that maximum Angle of view and aberration rate which are traditional medical endoscope quality optical parameters affected by man-made factors,the lack of accuracy and poor repeatability,in this paper,the image processing technology is introduced into the medical endoscope biggest view Angle and aberration rate optical parameter detection,which replaces human eyes.The main work of the thesis is as follows:This paper presents a method for measuring the optical performance parameters of medical endoscope.Algorithm firstly collecting images concentric mark plate and performing the automatic threshold preprocessing,through calculating the image scale area,the pixel values of this area are set to 255 and despite the scale of the image.And then the gradient Hough transform is used to detect the concentric circles and locate the center point and detect radius merge similar radius with the algorithm of improved Hough transform,the cumulative number of radius and the number of concentric circles.Calculate the biggest view Angle medical endoscope with the number of the concentric circles which is calculated by adding up the number of radius.An algorithm for measuring the distortion rate of optical performance parameters of medical endoscopy is presented.Algorithm automatically process image collected from medical endoscope distortion rate mark plate with threshold preprocessing and achieve every ellipse in the image with template matching image after preprocessing which using the square variance matching method.Use the method of gradient segmental arc edge point detection to detect each ellipse edge and use the least square method to fit ellipse directly.According that the distance of points which are to be fitted and points on the ellipse is less than the set threshold value method,judge the result of the fitting,and then calculate the distortion rate.In this paper,we used QM423T medical endoscope to detect the aberration rate and maximum field Angle with the proposed algorithm.Measure the distortion rate of five ellipse on the endoscopic distortion board,the aberration rate value of circle in different position respectively which are the upper left(0.8974),the upper right(0.8765),center(0.9348),lower left(0.8930),lower right(0.9079)are meeting the requirement of medical speculum distortion rate.Measuring five different medical endoscope concentric mark plate,the maximum number of viewing angle are:66.750,66.750,66.750,66.50,66.50,measurements are meet the standard of medical endoscope biggest view angle measurement accuracy.The results show that the distortion rate and the maximum viewing angle measurement are within the scope of medical endoscope standard error of measurement and the measurement result has a good repeatability,high detection efficiency and has great reference value in practical application. |
