Objective: medical statistics at home and abroad show that minimally invasive surgery with medical endoscope system accounts for more than 80% of the total surgical operations.According to the functional structure,medical endoscope system can be divided into three parts: optics,imaging processing and display storage.In particular,the performance of cold light source,light guide optical cable and optical lens will decrease significantly with the increase of service time and disinfection times,resulting in darkened field of vision and poor image quality.If the image quality cannot meet the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment,medical accidents such as missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis will be caused.The purpose of this study is to design a set of practical and feasible detection devices and methods for medical endoscope system to meet clinical needs,so as to facilitate clinical personnel to grasp the overall performance of endoscope system and eliminate potential hidden dangers in time,It is of great significance to improve medical quality,reduce medical risks and the cost of medical equipment.Methods: based on the basic imaging principle of the medical endoscope system and referring to industry standards,this study designed the detection fixture and detection method of endoscope system.This device was used to detect the illumination of cold light source,light guide optical cable and hard endoscope optical system of endoscope system.At the same time,the three image quality evaluation standard test cards of distortion,resolution and color restoration are installed in the detection,and fixation device to directly save the original image output by the medical endoscope system,which is analyzed by i Qs Test image quality comprehensive test software.The innovations are as follows: firstly,different combinations of cold light source,light guide optical cable and rigid endoscope are used for detection and analysis,which reduces the dependence on professional equipment;The second is to analyze the final imaging quality of the endoscope system that clinicians are most concerned about.Results: five sets of medical endoscope systems in use were regularly measured and analyzed through the designed device and method.The obtained indexes were cold light source,illumination attenuation curve of light guide optical cable,light guide change rate,distortion,resolution and color reduction.It provided data support for the overall evaluation of endoscope system imaging,which was more suitable for clinical needs than the sub registration unit.Conclusion: in this study,through the designed fixing device and detection method,and the analysis of the detection data,we can get the declining trend of the optical performance of cold light source,light guide optical cable and rigid endoscope with the increase of service time and service times,and can judge which part can not meet the service requirements,and realize the dynamic monitoring,It lays a foundation for the fine management of the endoscope system.The detection and evaluation methods can be further optimized through the accumulation of detection data,so as to guide the clinical rational matching of various components of the endoscope system.
