Water supply pump station is an integral part of urban water supply system,it bears increasing the potential energy of water enough to supply to the remote client.The vast majority of power is consumed by pump station and on the operation of the pump and motor.At the same time,the different operation mode of water supply also lead to the range of water power consumption and pressure in the pipe network.As a result,energy saving operation not only as a water supply enterprises strive to achieve the goal of safe water supply,low power consumption and high efficiency is a symbol of enterprise leader.The main research content of this paper is:Theoretical analysis and energy consumption of the operation mode of the constant pressure water supply and frequency conversion and constant pressure water supply.Build Hydraulic model of water supply network of area A,analyses time-sharing variable pressure water supply based on the hydraulic model.Analysis energy saving principle of frequency conversion water supply and speed control operation.Expound the realization and energy saving of two kinds of water supply modes,such as constant pressure and variable pressure.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods,it points out a more reasonable mode of water supply with frequency and time-sharing variable pressure.Introduces and compares two ways of controlling the water supply with time-sharing variable pressure by the flow rate and the pressure of control,it proves the latter effects better in water supply.Build Hydraulic model of water supply network of area A.By collecting and sorting the basic data of the area,establishes the topology of pipe network and modified and perfected carried it.We classifies the water type into seven and formulates the change curve.Optimization of pressure measurement points by using fuzzy clustering method.Sets up 7 pressure points on the basis of original 4 used as a model checking and monitoring of the hydraulic model.Check and optimize the William Hessian value by means of genetic algorithm.After the correction of the model,accuracy within a certain error range in 5%,so that the model can simulate the hydraulic operation of the network more accurately.Analysis of the water supply data in the past constant pressure water supply,adopts triangle function method by comparing different water consumption forecasting methods.Find the most unfavorable point of east culture road and ZD garden after simulating the operation of the network.With the change of water consumption as the independent variable,simulating the operation of the network in order to control the two service water pressure.By setting the target parameters of two sets of pumps to simulate the operation of the network,results shows when the pressure for the control points of ZD garden can meet one hundred percent of network pressure,which shows it can be used as the most unfavorable point.At last,the plan is applied which shows that the pressure is about 1?2m lower than before at day and 6m lower at night.Besides,it saves about 4%energy average day and 70thousand yuan every year,which proves that energy saving effect is good.The mode of time-sharing variable pressure water supply is more favorable and energy saving.
